豬扒厚身,又鞋又痴牙,好處係冇落鬆肉粉,但亦都冇拍鬆,或者用其他方法令到佢鬆軟,炸粉好厚,浸落去碗湯麵變到一pet嘢嘅口感。
沙牛正常,不過不失,冇花生味,普通茶餐廳質素。
有一大條菜,真心大,如果佢切開一半仲好,易食又好睇。
湯米用粗身米粉不是我杯茶,只吃了幾啖。
反而奶茶OK。
總結:平,正常,見佢同人客有講有笑,應該都係做街坊同熟客生意多, sell人情味多過食物果隻。

飲唔到咖啡,不經不覺又到了午飯時間,間間食肆或多或少都有人龍在外面等候。前面不遠有間舊舊哋嘅茶記,只得有一個人等位,嗰肚又開始打鼓🥁咁我就跟著排隊好快就有位了。坐低周圍望吓,每檯最少都有一位係食雞飯,再打開餐牌先知道呢度嘅招牌菜係鹽焗雞飯 ,所以立即叫一個試吓。果然名不虛傳 👍🏼,雞胸肉唔算瘦,而且又唔鞋,仲有少少juice ,最重要係鷄皮下面冇咗嗰層水晶肥膏,可以放膽食埋塊鷄皮 ☺️ 雖然鷄皮同鷄肉已經入哂味,佢哋仲會另上一碟沙薑醬,正呀 😋l後來見到隔離枱碟椒鹽豬扒飯及鹽焗雞飯炒底都好鬼正。椒鹽豬扒有四,五塊曡起成座山咁高,而且D椒鹽味好香,一陣陣咁飄過嚟。鷄飯D炒飯底粒粒金黃色,遠望成碟都炒得好均勻,師傅D手勢都幾好喎!估唔到亂打亂撞竟然係大圍食到一個咁正嘅鷄飯,一定要搵日再嚟試吓其他嘢。

果然名不虛傳 👍🏼,雞胸肉唔算瘦,而且又唔鞋,仲有少少juice ,最重要係鷄皮下面冇咗嗰層水晶肥膏,可以放膽食埋塊鷄皮 ☺️ 雖然鷄皮同鷄肉已經入哂味,佢哋仲會另上一碟沙薑醬,正呀 😋

呢度既鹽焗雞一向都好出名。今日就黎食啦!餐廳位置係大圍。基本上地鐵站一出,過條馬路,下個街口就到。都有唔少人渣車黎食,不過應該都有機會被抄牌。因為聽到餐廳員工會提D客人既。呢到環境就係一間茶餐廳咁。但望落去都乾爽既,D餐具都唔會話立痴痴,當然,用之前都最好沖洗一下啦。叫左一個鹽焗雞脾飯,另外叫左個鹽焗雞米。睇相好明顯會見到雞脾肉比著通雞肉滑嫰滑。重點係D沙薑呀!一定要蘸黎食呀~我覺得個份量都幾夠大。建議唔係食得好多既,可以嗌少飯,或少米。食完都好飽。本身想叫個西多士都食唔落了,下次再黎食!哈哈😄

過熟!可惜可惜!!雞肉粗糙,雞件也斬得一蹋糊塗,皮不見了,肉身斬得又粗又幼,能掌握一刀切技巧,多時要一刀弄破了肉身。雞血呈灰暗色,明顯是翻熱又或過熟,中間夾層不帶啫喱。最美味的是滲在飯內的雞油。

佢嘅椒鹽豬扒份量真係可以share兩個人食 , 如果兩個女仔嚟食我建議兩個人嗌一碟飯, 在叫一碟菜。
而呢個椒鹽豬扒飯炒底佢嘅椒鹽就唔係乾到不得了嘅係有少少汁嘅感覺, 總之就係好好食啦

大圍出名最多茶餐廳,而大部份茶餐廳我都已經有試過。由於我由細到大都好鍾意食雞,講到最出名食雞的茶餐廳一定係呢一間 - 漢年茶餐廳鹽焗雞飯一定係呢一間餐廳最出名,可以選擇一碗或一碟,但女仔黎講通常要一碗鹽焗雞飯。雖然係一碗,但份量一啲都唔小,一碗鹽焗雞飯價錢係$47,一碟$50。今日星期六比較多人排隊,於是我叫了一個外賣搭的士番屋企食,叫鹽焗雞飯仲會有沙彊。搭的士番到屋企,雖然已經15分鐘,但個飯仲好熱。雞好嫩滑,每一啖飯再加上沙彊簡直完美!

試咗最出名嘅「鹽焗雞飯」同「椒鹽豬扒飯」。鹽焗雞︰有啲未如所料,唔太有鮮味之餘亦唔太夠鹽焗味,但都比一般茶餐廳好,可能只係本身太高期望。椒鹽豬扒︰朋友都讚好食,豬扒大份厚身,啖啖肉,花椒好香口,勁夾!兩碟飯都加咗炒飯底,飯多都食唔晒,細食嘅朋友,兩個人嗌一碟都夠。(ps急住食唔記得影椒鹽豬扒)
