作為一個在粉嶺長大的人，每次回到粉嶺都好自然會去聯和墟搵食，3年幾前，拜完山係華明邨試過潮汕美食，菜果，皮小米，菜茶，扁實都好好味，潮式炒米粉，炒薯粉都好正，腸粉又滑，我唔食牛，但家人都讚口不絕，一個下午茶，將佢餐牌上潮州美食全部叫哂，自此之後，呢度成為我拜山後指定飯堂，一年兩三次，今年限敍，唯有買外賣返屋企食，不過唔知係咪我晏咗，好幾様美食都沽清，只叫咗潮式炒薯粉，菜茶同菜果，只可用一個字形容⋯⋯正！ continue reading

有朋友推介這間店舖很好吃，今天順道過來試一試。對於潮汕食品沒有什麼概念，看到餐牌的各款小食名稱，也不知是什麼。 店員就向我們推介：潮式炒米粉、小米、上湯牛丸牛餅，告訴我們這幾款最受歡迎。潮式炒米粉炒得很鬆卻不油膩，有各式各樣的配菜我們也不知有什麼，但配合起來十分惹味，的確是值得推介的菜式。小米原來沒有米，像是蒸餃子，細細粒一口一個，蘸上辣椒油吃，味道有點像魚皮餃。牛餅像是壓扁了的牛丸，但很奇怪地，口感與牛丸有點不同，頗為彈牙。點各種食物都可以加三蚊要凍飲，很抵。 continue reading
