晏晝收工口淡淡，諗住食啲湯麵，附近最近就有呢間，於是去咗。坐低就嗌牛腩河同埋一個腐乳通菜，夾埋$55。牛腩河好快就上枱，湯頭好濃牛腩，牛腩爽口又腍身，唔會黐牙，河粉都爽彈牙。不過腐乳通菜個腐乳就有啲偏鹹。 continue reading

作為藍田街坊，我經過潮牛館好多次，今日先第一次食，即興叫左牛筋腩飯，飲凍檸茶小冰少甜。牛筋腩飯嘅牛腩係長條形爽口的，每件都有肥有瘦，有牛味，但個人都係鐘意食平時冧身嘅牛腩比較適我口味。牛筋同牛腩明顯分開煮，因為牛筋比較深色同埋咸，而且有黑色短毛，望到會有少少唔開胃。凍檸茶過得去，有少少紅茶香，檸檬新鮮，合格！價錢$63 包嘢飲。考慮價錢理境同食物質素，我唔會刻意再嚟，但下次可以試埋粉面比多次機會佢。 continue reading

潮牛館牛什好食

今晚又再食潮牛館，叫咗個牛什走肺剩食，牛什麵走肺，凍咖啡少冰，泰式炸鮮蝦韮菜餃外賣，所有食物水準都無變，仍然係新鮮又好食。本身好鍾意食牛什，呢間響藍田嚟講算好好食，我間唔中就會幫襯一次，雖然我一般買外賣多，好少響堂食，不過就算係堂食，環境響牛什麵店嚟講，亦算係乾淨衛生，所以堂食都會推介，希望佢可以繼續Keep住所有食物水準，我會一直幫襯佢。啱啱更新咗21年價目表，因為呢間啲牛什確係幾好食，值得推介！ continue reading

最近去左藍田做野，食晏真係諗到頭爆，始終藍田都個住宅區，來來去去都係連鎖餐廳。呢間潮牛館見到好評都幾多，一於今日試試佢！咁多牛雜入面我就淨係中意食牛肺，佢整得都幾好食，份量都好多，食完一碗都夠我捱埋成個下晝，價錢都算平，32蚊，要飲品就另外加幾蚊，價錢公道，都見到好多街坊幫襯。其實我就唔係好食得辣既，但同事話佢辣椒油好好味，所以就落左少少試下，真係好香。結果落多左一路食一路流鼻水，唔食得辣既朋友要小心啲唔好落太多啊！呢間潮牛館可以Encore continue reading
