係太古坊放工突然想食牛腩河,醒起附近有間潮興魚蛋粉,所以即刻去食晚餐。呢間之前都食過幾次,牛腩真係穩陣之選。今次唔想咁齋所以叫左牛腩水餃米線。牛腩炆得夠林,加埋佢啲招牌辣油真係冇得頂。第一次叫水餃估唔到好足料,大大粒菇,又有蝦同木耳,食落唔會得塊皮。呢餐真係大件夾抵食。 continue reading

今次食墨魚丸雲吞米多青,實在強差人意。。盡管見到佢既牛腩可以保持到水準,但都唔可以唔維持其他既品質。。。湯底同水無分別。。只係奶色既水。如果唔係靠佢個勁辣椒油(真係保持到水準)。。自己調配味道加d醋同魚露落個湯度,成碗粉真係咩味都無。。唯獨個菜好食。但又試問菜可以煮得幾難食呢。。想要多青,但佢既多青都係無分別。墨魚丸好粉。。雲吞普通。。凍檸檬茶一點味都無。。。重要勁濁。。當年既有名。。而家可變無名。。 continue reading
