其實佢D煲仔飯最正之處,
係整到真係有焦, 唔會太濕!!
有時D煲仔飯會整得唔夠乾身,
到時加埋豉油就會好濕, 食糊仔咁!!
而且D餸都OK足料


不過個蠔餅有少少油淋淋咁囉,
唔太脆, 而且無乜蠔仔, 好似食粉漿咁...
希望下次有改進啦!!

總括,應該唔會再幫襯哩度既煲仔飯,因為正係唔太ok,而且價錢都唔太平,
除非又再響春天時間又再想食煲仔飯而又唔想出旺角油麻地啦
始終唔係正值冬天既時間,茶餐廳應該比較少仲有煲仔飯食了。
Other Info. : 以為哩度附近一帶只係得一間打冷,但見到哩間既餐牌上都有d打冷食物,六點後供應。 當身處觀塘而又想食打冷時或許會來一試。 有冇推介哩度附近(聯安街,中旅,裕民坊至行去牛頭角果段路附近一帶)有煲仔飯食?

約朋友吃飯一向很少會選茶餐廳,覺得每一家賣的東西都差不多,只是填飽肚子而不是享受美食的地方,但潮豐是例外。第一次來是兩年前被弟弟拉來吃宵夜,他甘願在凌晨二時步行十五分鐘來吃的焗咖喱飯果然不同凡響,讓我對茶餐廳刮目相看。今晚想吃個簡單快捷的晚餐,W便提議來潮豐,一坐下二話不說先叫了他想念不已的蠔餅,其後再點了焗咖喱牛腩飯和XO醬雞扒炒公仔麵。咖喱一如既往非常香濃美味,絕對是港式咖喱的代表作,牛腩是先行煮熟再淋咖喱汁入爐焗,但牛腩本身有調味,煮得很軟滑,和咖喱汁出奇配合,而且避免了混在咖喱汁中同煮的那種油膩;飯是蛋炒飯,當然不是金鑲銀,但夾在飯粒中間的蛋塊色澤金黃,也有蛋香,加起來,真是一盤完美的咖喱飯。炒公仔麵也是水準之作,麵條軟硬度恰好,配料有切丁的雞扒、洋蔥絲和青椒絲,入口先是覺得有點甜,再吃下去就鹹鹹的香香的,也不知怎說,反正就是好吃得停不下來。壓軸的蠔餅依舊香脆,唯一的缺點就是蠔仔小了一點,份量也不算多,但新鮮熱辣地吃,上面灑滿蔥米和芫茜,倍添香味,讓人滿足得想歎氣。跟餐我們都要了凍檸茶,連飲品都不曾令人失望。到底是茶餐廳,味精是一定有的,但又如何呢?這兒的食物,決不是單靠味精便

我地次次黎食野都食呢度d炒野, 代表作是乾炒牛河, 真係好好食, 唔太油, 又大碟。不過呢排佢悄悄地加價, 由原本$29加到$31, 如果係呢個價錢就麻麻地抵食lu...所以變左2個女同事share一碟, 掂左!p.s. 阿姐好好記性, 佢記得我食乾炒牛河係"扣面扣底"!!哈哈
