To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

    經過見到午市開返，試咗個慢煮鴨片套餐，老公就試咗個家鄉三寶套餐，鴨片好嫩，唔駛醬汁都夠滷水味。撈麵無梘水味，問咗先知原來係用蝦子麵👍好食！跟咗一個沙茶辣椒油，勁惹味，不過就真係好辣😂 仲有油菜一碟，勁豐富。老公個三寶套餐有韮菜蛋，腩肉，仲有炸魚，一樣係勁抵食之選，個韮菜蛋就淡少少，主要食原味，腩肉勁淋超入味！炸魚仔好香口！午市仲有其他是日之選，見到人地叫海南雞飯套餐同啲籠仔蒸飯麵係大大份，好抵食咁，下次會再試試👍另外，見佢下午茶啲套餐都幾抵食，下次會再返嚟幫襯！ continue reading
