Brand new store.  Especially love its tasty Japanese Octopus.  Fresh, delicious and not expensive at all.  Wish they have standing space for a quick bite but anyway, a great takeout place. continue reading

    上星期六放工後，依然飽飽地，我在上環兜來兜去，看看有什麼新發現！ 給我發現三間新餐廳，很是驚喜！走到蘇杭街，起初好奇看看 Not A Burger 的舖位租出與否，怎料到對面『邦民』原址，竟然開了一間新店！<瀛豐> 是一間外賣店，供應：壽司、刺身、生蠔、冷麵、飯…等！店內有部份的壽司是現成，其他則即叫即製！當我幫襯時，三位店員(相信是老闆及老闆娘) 即時忙碌起來！ 老闆娘負責收銀，一位老闆負責煎餃子，一位負責煮烏冬！尤其是懷孕的老闆娘比較溫文有禮！ 她懷孕要戒口，我受不到生食，還推介熟食給我！日本餃子稻庭烏冬 $30淨餃子則要 $10餃子即時煎香，內裡的餡料是椰菜及雞肉，調味不錯！豬骨濃湯底不會死鹹，味道很合胃口！稻庭烏冬扁身而口感滑不留口，不知是烹調過火還是 5分鐘行程而浸腍抑或烏冬的質感一般所致！醬燒三文魚卷 $16一客 4 件，價錢合理！餡料包括三文魚、青瓜及牛油果，配搭清新健康！ 三文魚以醬汁燒至全熟，覺得有點腥！ 飯軟硬適中，卻是食到有一點生米， 而且缺乏醋粉帶出的開胃酸度！味道稍遜！ continue reading
