本來想試吓南豐中心5樓王府婚宴,來到才知道沒有開就去咗4樓豐盛洒家,可能比煌府收購左,依家改咗名叫做煌府豐盛,心諗應該差唔多所以就去試吓,一坐低餐具油膩不特子,點心等咗好耐都唔到,食物質素實在一般般,價錢就算有早茶孖寶都唔平,下次都係去返啲有口碑嘅酒樓好啲

之前結婚剩返幾圍存菜!今晚原本開心慶祝父親節!去了荃灣南豐中心煌府食!竟然食出小強來😰!比起其他間分店這家的菜難食到嘔!D菜又凍又唔熟又淡而無味😤!炸子雞唔熱都算還在流血🩸!無心情影了😡!紅豆沙又凍晒!職員話無幾多圍有甜品所以凍都無法!最終紅棗膏換一籠壽包就算!全程最正常還是罐汽水🤦🏼‍♀️

前身是營業多年的豐盛酒樓,被瑝府收購後改名瑝府豐盛重新裝修後營業。現在環境靚咗價錢貴咗,食物質素如何呢?今日來試試她的點心吧!試了幾款點心,基本上樣樣都不錯,重點是蝦餃,不得不多用幾隻字介紹一下。先說層皮,很多人以為晶凝通透就好,其實不是,蒸到透明就過熟了,蝦餃的皮蒸到剛剛白裡透紅的才是最好,這裡就蒸得剛剛好,厚薄亦適中。再說裡面的餡,蝦、荀、豬肉比例為7:2:1,比例相當好,濕潤程度亦恰當,相當有水準👍🏻👍🏻。

試了幾款點心,基本上樣樣都不錯,重點是蝦餃,不得不多用幾隻字介紹一下。
先說層皮,很多人以為晶凝通透就好,其實不是,蒸到透明就過熟了,蝦餃的皮蒸到剛剛白裡透紅的才是最好,這裡就蒸得剛剛好,厚薄亦適中。再說裡面的餡,蝦、荀、豬肉比例為7:2:1,比例相當好,濕潤程度亦恰當,相當有水準👍🏻👍🏻。

是我至愛的豆腐煲。
剛嚐過味道較濃的菜餚,所以覺得這豆腐味道較淡。
但軟綿綿的豆腐,無需牙力,而且有豆味,我喜歡。

由於依間洒樓係新裝修,可以值得一試,店內環境不錯,光顧的客人嘅人流不算太多,服務速度都快,比較最突出嘅係心思思奶皇先生包,可以做到迷你兵團樣子出來,xo醬炒羅白糕味道都算不錯,
