行過路過，見到一大兜魚蛋同新鮮蒸嘅燒賣，口痕就整返碗。呢度冇堂食，但就可以清楚見到製作過程，阿姐戴晒衛生帽、手套同口罩，感覺好似份外放心啲。門面同見到裏面嘅地下都幾清潔，幾衛生。魚蛋$10有七粒，有小辣、中辣、大辣，見佢分咗4格湯底浸住魚蛋，阿姐喺淺色嗰格畢左小辣俾我。再畢左沙嗲辣汁落個碗度，完成！小辣真係一啲都唔辣，下次可以挑戰中辣。魚蛋尚算彈牙，但有少少魚腥味，沙嗲辣汁幾好味，呢個價錢來講可以encore。 continue reading
