好耐之前已經聽過朋友講話呢一間餐廳食吉列牛好出名,但一直都未有機會試,前幾日終於去咗,一試果然唔錯!安格斯盛合一嚟到就嗌咗個安格斯吉列牛套餐,店員會將點着咗嘅爐加上油比你燒,可以按自己鍾意嘅生熟程度自己燒牛肉,肉質口感嫩滑,加上吉列嘅外層口感,好夾!蒲燒鰻魚丼呢個鰻魚丼份量啱啱好,鰻魚鮮甜好味,而且唔多骨,鰻魚汁亦都調製得啱啱好,唔會太甜,整個配搭好吸引!鹽燒油甘魚鮫平時都食得多三文魚鮫,估唔到油甘魚鮫都幾好食,油甘魚鮫嘅肉唔算好多,但係肉質都幾好食,唔會太乾。而且鹽燒嘅魚皮香口好味,唔錯!果然係名不虛傳嘅吉列牛餐廳呀!

鹽燒油甘魚鮫都好出色,魚質好嫰,配埋餐廳提供既醬汁,令人好開胃,唔會覺得油膩

最後講下蒲燒鰻魚飯,鰻魚份量好多,肉質肥美,每一啖飯都可以配埋鰻魚一齊食👍🏻👍🏻

安格斯吉列牛。吉列安吉斯已經有4成熟。可以任我們再燒至全熟。但我本人喜歡食生野。餐廳給三款調味料去搭配。我比較喜愛傳統。加小小鹽就配食。完全一絕配合。明太子手羽雞。肉質豐厚。鮮嫩肉滑。汁液四濺,外皮脆內軟。和牛涮涮鍋。湯底用味噌湯底調配。用多款菜式去煮配和牛成鍋。牛肉半熟更添湯鍋內的化學作用。令成個鍋更美味可口。配菜吸收每一滴和牛汁液顯得更無與倫比。

呢到唔會有爐比你慢慢烚,廚師已經幫你整定好,
只需要輕輕將所有材料浸一段時間就可以即食。
醬油湯底甜度適中,和牛雖然唔屬於高等級,

坦白講,呢間鋪頭食物質素係唔錯。雖然價錢唔算平,但係屬於一分錢 一分貨既食店。可惜既係,因為職員既問題,我唔會再選擇幫趁。事源:我朋友叫左一個$108自選mini丼x2,我唔肯定究竟係朋友講錯、指錯定係侍應聽錯、睇錯。本身朋友想order既係牛舌丼,但係上枱既食物係安格斯牛丼。因為,唔係預期既食物,我地搵左一位職員表示我地唔係嗌呢個,而果位職員亦好好禮貌表示可以更換。但係,當佢拎入廚房時,原本幫我地落單既職員就大聲話「明明佢係要呢個架喎,而家又話唔係,麻鬼煩」。雖然最後係換左,但係成餐飯都食得好唔舒服。如果,同一件事發生係快餐店或者茶餐廳,我絕對接受,但係係一間日式唔算平價餐廳入面,我只可以講,我不能再貼錢受氣

今次係朋友請食飯,佢知道我好鍾意食牛肉,特登揀咗呢間日式餐廳。未食已經多謝定朋友,因我鍾意食牛,仲有幾高級。裝修好日式,未食已經加分。我地點左3樣, 安格斯盛合,和牛涮涮鍋,明太子手羽燒。安格斯盛盒係吉列牛扒薄切, 再放上特製嘅爐上燒熟內部架肉,做到外脆內軟。 一般出面食到架吉列牛外面嘅吉列同裏面嘅肉都 好唔妥協調,一係肉未熟就 吉列太多油。但今次試呢間就剛剛好, 首先師傅炸完外面切都冇切爛曬d吉列,好完整。第二個爐夠熱,可以令肉鎖到肉汁。加海鹽 超好味。明太子手羽燒,裏面包左其他配料,帶有少少辣,無骨易食。入面餡料十足!和牛涮涮鍋,有好多菜同肉仲有隻生蛋,當中有好多甜洋蔥令到個湯好鮮甜,重點係個湯到。食曬d肉,d菜入曬味,d湯都差少少飲曬。多謝my friend請食飯,又知道多一間好店!

安格斯盛盒係吉列牛扒薄切, 再放上特製嘅爐上燒熟內部架肉,做到外脆內軟。
一般出面食到架吉列牛外面嘅吉列同裏面嘅肉都 好唔妥協調,一係肉未熟就 吉列太多油。但今次試呢間就剛剛好, 首先師傅炸完外面切都冇切爛曬d吉列,好完整。

琥酌居酒屋就位於太子站附近,地點很方便。居酒屋的裝潢甚具日式風格,座位亦須尚算舒適。明太子手羽燒「手羽燒」就是燒雞翼。明太子帶有點點辣味,口感分明的粒粒的明太子,塞滿在雞翼內。燒得香香的雞翼,加上辣味的明太子,味道甚為惹味。和牛涮涮鍋涮涮鍋的配料除了和牛外,還有雞蛋和冬菇、娃娃菜、紅蘿蔔和大蔥等雜菜。和牛的肉質非常嫩滑鮮味,有種近乎入口即溶的感覺。涮涮鍋的湯底採用了鏗魚湯,味道很鮮甜。安格斯吉列牛盛合這就是全晚的戲肉~吉列牛!吉列牛為居酒屋的主打菜式,切成一片片的生牛肉,讓客人自助放上精緻的小鐵板上燒。牛肉不需燒太久,每邊燒大約1分鐘左右,如果愛吃生一點的話,可按需要減少燒的時間,豐儉由人。安格斯牛油脂分布均勻,燒出來的牛肉自然嫩滑美味。不論是配上岩鹽、鹽燒汁或是芥末汁來吃,味道均非常好。
