講起吉列牛只有之前係京都食過一次,之後就念念不忘,返到香港當然想食多次回味下,之後就搵到呢間,當然要黎試下啦!我地六點幾就入座,暫時唔太多人,雖然裡面地方唔算太大,但整體環境都幾好,日本風味既裝修令我更加期待我既吉到牛等左一陣就有得食啦!我地叫左個安格斯盛合,首先見到有噤又塊牛已經好興奮之後放上爐上輕輕噤烤熟兩面就可以食啦~塊肉咬落到好冧,而且自己烤熟可以自己控制牛肉嘅生熟味,又好玩又好食!安格斯牛好重牛味,我個人覺得點小小鹽會更帶出牛香味小食我地叫左一份明太子雞翼,上菜嘅時候熱辣辣,而且明太子有少少辣味,好惹味最後出場既有蒲燒鰻魚丼,佢一個丼飯上面竟然有五塊鰻魚,而且鰻魚肉都算厚身,有幼幼既蛋絲鋪係飯同鰻魚之間,配上甜甜既燒汁,真係唔錯!就算之前食左吉到牛同雞翼唔太飽,食完呢個丼飯都有飽肚既感覺,證明份量真係唔細,好抵食

最後出場既有蒲燒鰻魚丼,佢一個丼飯上面竟然有五塊鰻魚,而且鰻魚肉都算厚身,有幼幼既蛋絲鋪係飯同鰻魚之間,配上甜甜既燒汁,真係唔錯!
就算之前食左吉到牛同雞翼唔太飽,食完呢個丼飯都有飽肚既感覺,證明份量真係唔細,好抵食

難得約咗朋友食飯吹水,於是揀咗間食日本吉列牛既餐廳試新嘢~環境方面唔會太嘈同坐得舒服,枱與枱之間有一定距離,適合傾計。店員服務態度都唔錯,上菜時有介紹吉列牛可以燒25-30秒先食第一次黎到,點咗安格斯盛合、明太子雞翼同鰻魚飯。我哋根據店員既建議,將吉列牛放係鐵板上燒咗約30秒,牛肉食落一啲都唔韌,肉質比想像中嫩,值得一試明太子雞翼都好味,熱辣辣,入面好足料。鰻魚飯都冇失望,鰻魚都係岩岩燒好,可惜個飯暖暖哋唔夠熱。

上星期一同老婆去開附近搵個朋友,完左就去附近睇下有咩食下。上openrice查下見到琥酌咁多人推介就入去試下可能因為地點關係,而且又夜了。都有唔少空枱。我地兩個無book都可以直接坐低。睇menu就點左明太子雞翼,安格斯吉烈牛同一個煲,店員好耐心解釋有d咩,又幫我地先開左爐。三個點牛嘅醬有芥末,鹽,同埋自制燒汁。明太子雞翼好脆,又夠熱,入面明太子份量又唔會過量或太少,令咸度適中。好好味之後安格斯牛黎左,吉烈皮炸粉做得好好,唔會有甩出黎情況,厚薄適中,講返個汁,我最中意都係芥末醬,同吉烈牛好夾,令到個油膩感大減最後係一個牛肉火鍋,份量唔係好大,大概一人份量,菜量都豐富夠熱👍另外,食緊中途店員都主動幫我地換火種,唔會發生唔夠熱燒情況,值得一讚。最後,原來好多人都係book左枱黎,所以開頭唔多人其實食下食下已經好多人了埋單合共$600,兩個人都食得好開心,環境舒適,店員服務態度好,食物質量好好

最後係一個牛肉火鍋,份量唔係好大,大概一人份量,菜量都豐富夠熱👍
另外,食緊中途店員都主動幫我地換火種,唔會發生唔夠熱燒情況,值得一讚。

呢間係一間專食炸安格斯牛嘅餐廳,之前喺日本食過一次類似嘅餐廳,但係對一些食不到生牛肉的人來講,就不太適合。但間餐廳好細心,佢地係會有一塊熱鐵板,比客人燒一燒再食。牛肉好高質,我有一塊唔小心燒到全熟,都依然係入口即溶。另外仲點左一份明太子雞翼,超級Juicy,一咬落去啲汁彈到我成口都係,而且明太子嘅味道唔會話太咸,我覺得佢平衡得啱啱好。唯一缺點係兩件太少,唔夠食最後仲講咗個鰻魚飯超級肥美,幾乎係我食過最厚身嘅鰻魚,份量十足。佢除咗厚身之外,而且條鰻魚都非常之大條,成條上。值得推介。總括而言呢餐係幾抵食嘅埋單都係每人二百零蚊,而且地方都幾好一班人喺度食飯過隔離酒吧街飲酒

另外仲點左一份明太子雞翼,

老實講吉列牛我都只係食過一次、今次再試真係無得輸😋😋今次就揀左太子分店~吉列牛既價錢唔算平,不過我認為同佢既Quality 都成正比。安格斯吉列牛已經係呢到既必食菜式🙈比起其他,呢到既牛無咁香口 換來既係更腍身更軟熟.和牛涮涮鍋入面主要係蔬菜同幾片和牛,和牛算係入口即化!我比較推薦呢個👍🏻明太子手羽燒係雞翼來既,仲去左骨,再釀左明太子係入面,香脆美味.不過個人認為味道略淡極上牛肉串燒盛合可以一次過試左4款牛肉同野菜🍢,肉味都算濃,不過就熟左少少😣
