泰式燒雞比佢比你之前會將燒過既雞比拎去炸一炸先,雖然炸完熱辣辣好正,但可能因為炸得太耐,雞比變得有啲乾。

上次經過鋪頭,已經聞到好濃烈嘅沙嗲醬,今次終於有機會食到。雞比搽滿左沙嗲醬,令隻雞髀即刻變得好惹味。沙嗲醬好濃,食落有花生香,十分邪惡。

I have walked past so many times but never noticed this place because it is dark and grubby.Discovered this place from social media so decided to risk getting the shxts to try it out because it really does look grubby.I got the shredded chicken vermicelli which was BOILING HOT when it came, it was too hot for me to even take the bowl to the table.There was so much vermicelli in it and the chicken soup was surprisingly good.Well, I didn't get any unpleasant effects the next day so I guess the hot

放工時走過這店舖雖然並不起眼,但卻因為有點肚餓而被它所展示的美食吸引了。都有一段時間沒有吃炸雞脾了,所以就停下了腳步,要了一隻炸雞脾,還是要塗上沙嗲汁的。單從外表看其實不太像雞脾的,相信是因為本身尺寸不是很大,所以把它切得太多,以至雖然表面上是大了,但卻太薄所致。味道算是中規中距,因為肉太薄,沒有太濃的雞味。而塗上沙嗲汁就算是有一特色了。
