早兩日去何文田做嘢,喺愛民邨附近嘅冬菇亭食午餐,估唔到又幾好食,推介大家嚟何文田愛民邨呢間生煎包專門店!店內空間雖然不大,但侍應好好禮貌,成個用餐體驗都好warm!點咗一份「招牌生煎包」賣相相當靚!外觀金黃微焦,未食已經感覺到好香口!而且一上桌就散發住陣陣香氣,令人流晒口水。一碟有3隻三煎包,輕輕夾起一隻,咬開瞬間湯汁四溢,肉汁好鮮美!肉餡又夠紮實,肥瘦相宜,每一粒啖都好多汁,令人回味無窮!另外仲有叫咗一籠蠔皇鮮竹卷,腐皮包裹住豐富椰菜豬肉餡料,外層色澤誘人。每一口都鮮美十足,蠔油更令鮮竹卷嘅味道更上一層樓! continue reading

今日放假同朋友返回以前成長嘅地方,朋友對當年嘅大排檔位置變化最大,以前嘅粥麵檔已經變了現在專做生煎包點心專門店,反正都來了便入去坐下嘆杯茶食返個點心,這裡價錢實惠明碼實 價,有點心亦有炒粉麵飯選擇,不用到酒樓亦可以品嘗到酒樓口味,就係咁朋友回想當年在邨內酒樓家人都點嘅蝦餃,於是就點了招牌九紋鮮蝦餃皇,四隻一籠,大大隻之餘,皮薄之餘,蒸出晶瑩剔透包出的褶紋細長清晰,白裡透紅,內裡大大隻彈牙爽口蝦肉!另一個就係蔥花炸兩腸粉,油炸鬼香脆之餘,外面被香滑腸粉包住,蔥花在腸粉皮內,入口陣陣蔥香之餘!下午茶時間還免了茶位,對於邨內嘅朋友又係一個可以點一盅兩件同街坊吹水之選,另一重點是點心即叫即蒸製作,這個先夠新鮮! continue reading
