今日好想食粥,順路經過嚟咗呢間生記食,試吓好唔好味,因為添好運執咗。入到嚟嗌咗兩碗碎牛,加炒麵,再加炸兩。等緊嘅時候已經不停見到好多街坊或者附近返工嘅人嚟買外賣。當中就見到啲老夥計不停同啲老街坊打招呼👋🏻講笑話,真係覺得好有人情味。啲嘢嚟到嘅時候個粥底真係好綿同埋有米味。(今日新聞仲講緊日本搶購大米,真係要好好珍惜米。)個炸兩條油炸鬼仲係少少暖同脆卜卜。炒麵就食返細路仔食嘅味道。我覺得下次都會再嚟,臨走嘅時候嗰啲夥計自己又喺度鬧下交,真係覺得人真係會老,呢班夥計日日傾吓偈鬧吓交,咁樣又可能過咗佢哋嘅大半生。走嘅時候就買咗個鹹肉糭外賣。因為聽日龍舟節🐉。試吓好唔好味。✨人情味係咩味㗎,咪就係鬧下交同埋講吓笑話囉。💫 continue reading

揾食肥華食粥口味異於常人,鍾意較稀粥底嘅粥,所以新蒲崗呢間粥店所做嘅粥底就合晒肥華心水,被肥華譽為食粥嘅首選之才,3月9日肥華心血來潮想食壹餐熱辣辣,又啱口味嘅生滾料粥做午餐,於是就同靚媽到此店開餐,今日肥華就選擇咗碗祇售$31嘅白粥底及第粥,此店呢款生滾粥售價偏低,但真材實料,及第粥應有配料,豬潤,豬心,豬肚,豬粉腸,豬肉丸一應俱全,加上食材新鮮並無將貨就價,係一碗低食又好食嘅A+級評分粥品。至於肥華為靚媽柯打嗰碗$38有味粥底嘅生滾滑牛豬腰粥,用料和味道亦喺高水準之作,但個有味粥底較杰所以旅祗獲肥華A級評分。而今餐兩個售$12配角此店名物炸兩腸粉及 白滑齋腸水準依然,再加上嗰杯$8啱晒肥華口味超甜荳䊢,呢個午膳粥餐近乎完美。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

咁啱同媽咪去開新蒲崗所以就去食好耐無食的生記粥店的,不過佢一點也沒有失去它原有的特色。入到店內,就能感受到濃濃的人情味,好多街訪坊食。儘管近來物價上漲,但生記的價格依然仲係好親民,絕對是物有所值,呢家香港地真係唔易食到咁平的野,即使係粥都係咁話。我地點了一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥。一口下去,溫潤的粥底配上彈牙的皮蛋和滑嫩的瘦肉,實在是回味無窮。香氣四溢,令人胃口大開。仲有一份炒鴛鴦,即是炒麵加炒米,兩種不同的麵條完美融合,口感豐富層次分明,我比較鍾意炒麵,比較有口感和入味。最後,仲有一份香酥可口的炸兩,腸炒皮真係真心讚,入面油炸鬼都仲好脆,令呢餐午餐非常圓滿。 continue reading

老街坊多年前食過,印象唔差。今日叫外賣,叫碗艇仔粥,起初樓面大嬸扮聽唔到我講嘢,反而問我後面果位要咩我以為佢眼花或是者有d撞聾,因為之前有個朋友已經同我講過佢成日都聽錯,落錯單仲要態度非常之差。幾經辛苦終於可以溝通到,拿咗外賣返屋企食,食完完全唔值,更加受氣,唔會再幫襯了。 continue reading
