咁啱同媽咪去開新蒲崗所以就去食好耐無食的生記粥店的,不過佢一點也沒有失去它原有的特色。入到店內,就能感受到濃濃的人情味,好多街訪坊食。儘管近來物價上漲,但生記的價格依然仲係好親民,絕對是物有所值,呢家香港地真係唔易食到咁平的野,即使係粥都係咁話。我地點了一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥。一口下去,溫潤的粥底配上彈牙的皮蛋和滑嫩的瘦肉,實在是回味無窮。香氣四溢,令人胃口大開。仲有一份炒鴛鴦,即是炒麵加炒米,兩種不同的麵條完美融合,口感豐富層次分明,我比較鍾意炒麵,比較有口感和入味。最後,仲有一份香酥可口的炸兩,腸炒皮真係真心讚,入面油炸鬼都仲好脆,令呢餐午餐非常圓滿。

老街坊多年前食過,印象唔差。今日叫外賣,叫碗艇仔粥,起初樓面大嬸扮聽唔到我講嘢,反而問我後面果位要咩我以為佢眼花或是者有d撞聾,因為之前有個朋友已經同我講過佢成日都聽錯,落錯單仲要態度非常之差。幾經辛苦終於可以溝通到,拿咗外賣返屋企食,食完完全唔值,更加受氣,唔會再幫襯了。

本人唔可以講係熟客,但係係老街坊,每次想食粥都會幫襯佢。但係今次去買感到好失望,我叫兩碗粥同炒麵炸兩,已講明兩碗粥,要魚片粥,粉腸粥,兩碗粥,炸兩,炒麵。我講完個伙記轉達我已覺有問題,再同伙記講多次係兩碗粥,中途仲有少少磨擦,但唔影響到我買嘢食。但係拎到返屋企之後,打開左,變左成一碗魚片粉腸粥,艇仔粥,我由頭到尾都無叫過嘅粥,因本人唔食牛肉,好多粥鋪都會加牛肉嘅,所以本人絕少會食,就算食都會叫走牛肉。今次令本人食唔到一碗粥,仲要浪費左呢碗艇仔粥,致我損失$$算少,但唔夠食事大同時要將魚片同粉腸粥分開做兩碗食⋯⋯對此本人感到非常失望,相信短時間內我都唔會再幫襯啦!

在新蒲崗,一條錦榮街附近,就有三間,相同類型粥品店,在此營業,可知競爭性有幾大,而我揾食肥華,三間粥品店都嚐試過,卻偏偏鍾情,位於街頭轉灣位的,生記粥品店,論價錢其實三家粥品店,上落不大,但論味道始终覺得,以生記最佳,加上此店伙記,對顧客要求亦到位,如有味粥要白粥底,多䓤,少䓤,多花生,少花生,嘅呢類要求,亦有求必應,所以在此店食一個,粥品,腸粉,加一杯甜度恰可的豆漿,係一個非常平,靚,正,的選擇。

天氣一轉涼d...個腦除左諗起打邊爐之外,生滾粥絕對係第2選擇傳統粥鋪真係買少見少,繼續推薦舊區之選~新蒲崗,區區一個新蒲崗,我諗至少有3間舊式粥舖,今次推薦既生記,呢間生記同港島,旺角個間唔同,價錢走既下勁平民路線,幾蚊就可以食到碟炸両,腸粉等等小食今次2個人叫左碗瘦肉粥,蒸蘿蔔糕,炸両,炒麵,埋單合共39蚊,你話抵唔抵啦?瘦肉粥~勁多瘦肉,瘦肉一早煮好,加落熱辣辣既白粥,再灑上蔥花,自己再加少許幼 鹽,食左幾啖就暖粒粒炸両~油炸鬼係新鮮炸起,食落仲脆卜卜,可能今日舖頭人多,所以咁岩撞正新鮮炸起,台面既醬任落,當然唔少等芝麻,正蒸蘿蔔糕~精髓係呢度既甜豉油,聽到唔少人叫,都會叫呀姐多豉油,不過今次食個蘿蔔糕粉好似多左少少炒麵~只係試左1啖,自己習慣加甜醬,點知未試已經俾人加左大旺辣醬,所以已經不是我杯茶,有機會要自己食1碟
