To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先要重點推介佢嘅四寶丸,精彩絕倫,最鍾意蝦丸,粒蝦丸係食到多隻原隻嘅蝦肉,非常爽彈,其餘三寶都係同區水準之上,必食之選,牛肉賣相已經冇得輸,食落更加唔使多講,新鮮騸牯肥牛靚位,高分,非常滿意!聽廳面叔叔講,原來呢個招牌已經有30年,叔叔喺度打工到超過20年,見證時代漸變。當晚嗌左個番茄崩沙腩鍋,都係叔叔推薦,佢話係用10隻番茄落鍋推到起沙先加湯而成嘅鍋底,非常非常非常好味,天然清甜,唔似坊間嘅又會落茄汁或者茄膏,非常值得一讚。期待下次嘅用餐,I Love it❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

餐廳坐落喺太子人流旺區,走進餐廳之後餐廳內部嘅設計同裝修都非常舒服,冷氣亦都好大所以坐落一啲都唔侷促。喺食材方面我都見到好新鮮,我哋今次叫咗一啲肥牛、蠔、象拔蚌、羊肉等等各樣嘅食材都好新鮮,然之後加埋餐廳自己配有嘅湯底感覺非常好。同埋佢餐廳嘅服務員態度亦都服務非常好,唔會比面色你睇,亦都唔會趕你走可以俾你喺充裕嘅時間入邊慢慢咁樣喺餐廳入邊食嘢。同埋周不時店內嘅員工都會行過嚟問吓客人喺食個方面有乜嘢回饋同埋要求。所以整體嘅火鍋體驗係好唔錯。👍🏻👍🏻

公司同事搵到馬會幫手請食飯,選擇食乜期間有同事提議到百利火鍋。 可食刺身及打邊爐。 未打邊爐前先食日本大生蠔68蚊隻超大隻。 再黎988.00嘅象拔蚝刺身又鮮又爽, 跟住到54兩花竹蝦刺身,肉質彈牙。 蝦頭蝦尾再用生抽炒,蝦頭有膏。 火鍋配料有4斤嘅黃皮老虎班,骨同腩攞去椒鹽整,魚片打邊爐。 另外有南非鮑魚68隻,夠大隻。 另手切肥牛,手打牛肉丸,墨魚丸,鵝腸等食材新鮮。 雖則比其他火鍋食店貴,不過都值得一試! 10個人用膳,平均每人1000.00
