To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #黑面奇遇記 …#小秘書 一向都贊成 #港人 #留港消費 💸 不過有啲所謂龍頭老店,佢哋對客人嘅態度認真爭唔落😤 話說呢個星期五晚 #小秘書 約咗班朋友食飯,因為大家都無心水,最後就梗係揀咗我最鍾意嘅 #火鍋 啦🤭為咗唔想食得咁趕,我哋放棄咗 #火鍋放題,跟大隊嚟到 #太子 一家老店「百利火鍋海鮮酒家」。餐廳冇乜特別裝修,不過望落去都幾光猛💡 打開餐牌,佢哋嘅火鍋湯底都幾多選擇,最吸睛當然係佢哋自稱首創嘅「海底狗肉鍋」😅 不過大家唔使擔心,佢講嘢「狗肉」其實係魚片肉,不過唔知大叔係咪想我哋幫襯多啲,竟然走過來同我哋講$198湯底用嘅唔係新鮮魚肉,要食新鮮嘅就要比五百幾買即劏嘅😅 … 佢講呢番話會唔會太有創意呢?!經過商量之後,我哋最終要咗個 #椰子雞湯 做火鍋湯底😉 佢哋用咗 #椰青水🥥 做膽,加埋啲雞件入窩,啖湯都幾清甜🤤 不過冇諗過隨後加嘅都係清水,搞到啲食物都變得冇哩紋味😅 白烚其實都唔係問題,沾啲醬油就可以😅😅 不過主理嘅大叔同一班員工嘅嘴臉真係不得了,唔講仲以為我哋做錯啲乜得罪佢哋😅 等咗大半個鐘嘅 #手切肥牛 經過三催四請終於上枱,肉質非常一般,只係輕輕喺水入面淥咗幾秒,口感已經變得嚡熠熠,而且價錢一啲都唔親民… 失望!整體食物唔算差,不過身為火鍋專門店,竟然會用滾水嚟加湯😅 價錢偏貴,而且員工嘅態度實在太有性格… 我諗我唔會再嚟囉😝📍#百利火鍋海鮮酒家 (太子) 砵蘭街396-398號地舖 continue reading

首先要重點推介佢嘅四寶丸,精彩絕倫,最鍾意蝦丸,粒蝦丸係食到多隻原隻嘅蝦肉,非常爽彈,其餘三寶都係同區水準之上,必食之選,牛肉賣相已經冇得輸,食落更加唔使多講,新鮮騸牯肥牛靚位,高分,非常滿意!聽廳面叔叔講,原來呢個招牌已經有30年,叔叔喺度打工到超過20年,見證時代漸變。當晚嗌左個番茄崩沙腩鍋,都係叔叔推薦,佢話係用10隻番茄落鍋推到起沙先加湯而成嘅鍋底,非常非常非常好味,天然清甜,唔似坊間嘅又會落茄汁或者茄膏,非常值得一讚。期待下次嘅用餐,I Love it❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍 continue reading

餐廳坐落喺太子人流旺區,走進餐廳之後餐廳內部嘅設計同裝修都非常舒服,冷氣亦都好大所以坐落一啲都唔侷促。喺食材方面我都見到好新鮮,我哋今次叫咗一啲肥牛、蠔、象拔蚌、羊肉等等各樣嘅食材都好新鮮,然之後加埋餐廳自己配有嘅湯底感覺非常好。同埋佢餐廳嘅服務員態度亦都服務非常好,唔會比面色你睇,亦都唔會趕你走可以俾你喺充裕嘅時間入邊慢慢咁樣喺餐廳入邊食嘢。同埋周不時店內嘅員工都會行過嚟問吓客人喺食個方面有乜嘢回饋同埋要求。所以整體嘅火鍋體驗係好唔錯。👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

公司同事搵到馬會幫手請食飯,選擇食乜期間有同事提議到百利火鍋。 可食刺身及打邊爐。 未打邊爐前先食日本大生蠔68蚊隻超大隻。 再黎988.00嘅象拔蚝刺身又鮮又爽, 跟住到54兩花竹蝦刺身,肉質彈牙。 蝦頭蝦尾再用生抽炒,蝦頭有膏。 火鍋配料有4斤嘅黃皮老虎班,骨同腩攞去椒鹽整,魚片打邊爐。 另外有南非鮑魚68隻,夠大隻。 另手切肥牛,手打牛肉丸,墨魚丸,鵝腸等食材新鮮。 雖則比其他火鍋食店貴,不過都值得一試! 10個人用膳,平均每人1000.00 continue reading
