在 food court 選擇點心店,其一是我很喜歡食點心,其二,是我小食很喜歡食蝦餃,所以,我首要幫襯的食店,就是這一家《相聚茶寮》。二人點心套餐,有兩個點心,一份腸粉。這兒,印象中好像沒有蝦餃,所以我只能要一份燒賣,同樣地有蝦,所以愛兒同樣地喜歡。這燒賣,有原隻的蝦,內心的豬肉鮮美,而且大大粒,十足的酒樓水準。雞扎,味道不錯,餡料也正宗正確,可是,外層的腐皮就怪怪的,好像是那些蒸十世或是煲了兩日都唔會化的劣質腐皮。只是皮不好,其他OK。給太太加食的齋腸粉,也就是白腸粉一碟,看似不錯,但奈何地腸粉欠缺了米香,我們只是食豉油加粉,這是一個我們吃了兩氣就停口的東東....點心一般,感覺也就是一般。

is too soft of its surface but really good for the ingredient chewable & juicy! While the rice noodle roll with beef is a little bit too thick & hard in the surface,
beef inside is normal without surprise, milktea is too heavy with bitterness taste, so I give up for the rest vs beanmilk is the best : thick & strong smell of yellow bean really creamy & healthy to the meal ! Mini-spring-roll

中午同屋企人去FOOD COURT食午餐,突然好想食點心同蒸飯,於是選擇咗食"相聚茶寮"。價錢都唔算太貴,一個餐有蒸飯、點心加飲品都係三十五蚊,都算抵食!叫咗個窩蛋牛肉飯、燒賣加豆漿。(燒賣要加多兩蚊。)窩蛋牛肉飯可以叫生蛋或煎蛋,而我就叫咗生蛋試下,將生蛋加上醬油同牛肉撈埋一齊,口感不錯!不過牛肉有少少腍,但都唔會話唔好食既。燒賣確實彈牙,材料都好豐富,係正既!

叫咗個窩蛋牛肉飯、燒賣加豆漿。(燒賣要加多兩蚊。)
窩蛋牛肉飯可以叫生蛋或煎蛋,而我就叫咗生蛋試下,

不過牛肉有少少腍,但都唔會話唔好食既。

openrice我從來都係睇多, 第一次試寫食評, 都係多得呢間"相聚茶寮"第一次幫襯, 去到大概8:30pm, 好多蒸飯都冇(如:章魚肉餅飯, 梅菜肉餅飯, 章魚雞粒飯)最後叫左窩蛋牛肉飯同糯米雞, 牛肉過腍, 食到好似落左黑椒; 糯米雞冇咩特別反而最驚喜係雞絲春卷, 一碟六件, 熱辣辣, 脆卜卜! 不過因為即炸關係, 個底仲好油飲品叫左豆漿, 正如之前食評所講, 唔太甜

There was an interesting steamed rice which had pumpkin and spare ribs, but didnt taste spectacular.
The fried fish cake was too much batter, and the best item which is a must try is the beancurd rolls in abalone soup. usually it is fatty pork, but this one is chicken, with shredded carrots and cabbage which give it a sweet taste. The soup it was in was clear sweet broth.

The chili sauce provided was excellent, it tasted like chili bean sauce mixed with something.
The rice roll with crunchy fish was interesting, it had pieces of batter inside.

The service is very good, and the girl that works there is really cute.

今日原本同屋企人去到海港飲茶,但好多人,心諗不如周圍逛下先,上多層去到樓上都好多嘢食,途中有間「相聚茶寮」吸引左我啲,有蒸飯又有點心,個樓面阿姐又幾好笑容,就試下,一口氣叫左7個點心,燒賣,煎薄餅,蝦米鬆化腸,杞子桂花糕,脆炸魚餅,牛肉,鳳爪埋單一百蚊有找!全部食物出齊差吾多兩個字(煎炸食物即做),啲點心新鮮熱辣!
