平凡的一個星期天食個平凡的早餐 來到附近的茶餐廳 見到要排隊人流都幾旺 應該質素幾有信心叫左兩個早餐 炒蛋火腿魚柳熱辣辣 即叫即整唔會凍哂 平時最怕茶餐廳太多油 呢度唔會 人哋話一杯熱奶茶就是到茶餐廳嘅質素 果然有驚喜 茶味夠濃不苦澀 帶一點點回甘的感覺 入口順滑 同淡奶配合得好好 說係隱世高質奶茶也不算過譽 問老闆有無咩秘訣 又好似無咩秘訣 用心沖就可以 跟做人一樣 用心就感到一份溫暖菠蘿油也是一個亮點 酥皮香脆 包着半溶的牛油 形成冰火的感覺 也有驚喜單憑一份用心 值得來試試

問老闆有無咩秘訣 又好似無咩秘訣 用心沖就可以 跟做人一樣 用心就感到一份溫暖

菠蘿油也是一個亮點 酥皮香脆 包着半溶的牛油 形成冰火的感覺 也有驚喜

單憑一份用心 值得來試試

本身以為好似男人的浪漫🧔🏻咁重口味 但係食落唔會好肥膩😚 火腩一層肥搭住一層瘦岩岩好🥩 而配菜既豆腐同冬瓜份量都好多😂 係食茶記既時候都不忘食返D蔬菜🥬 值得一提既係冬瓜例湯 好清甜 無乜味精🥣

雖然外表睇落係一般既茶記😅但係我覺得食物比起一般茶記有誠意💕 而友善既服務都令我覺得好溫暖🥰

超好味,有誠意。非一般茶餐廳水準。服務態度好,老闆及伙計做事又認真。但最重要係大厨三哥對食物質素嘅要求,每一味餸都可以食得到大厨嘅熱誠。係香港仍然可以揾得到咁有 heart嘅茶餐廳 ,值得推介

欖菜肉鬆四季豆,我出街通常都叫呢個餸,呢度又系炒的好好味好有瓁氣

平時我好少食淡水魚,好怕腥,不過屋企人鐘意食就叫左,食左第一啖就有第二啖啦,因為條魚好新鮮,無腥味無泥味

總之叫左3個餸都好好味啊,雖然搬遠左,不過我都一定會再翻黎食👍👍
老闆娘和伙計都好好人好好服務,係太子呢度有咁嘅質數真系性價比好高啊,唔記得影個環境添, 坐得都好舒服❤️

油浸筍殼魚、筍殼魚因外型酷似竹筍而得名,有著「味道鮮石斑、肉質賽黃魚」 之稱的筍殼魚,肉質細嫩,被評為一種極為鮮味嘅食材。午飯時間經過太子搵食,沿著界限街向彌敦道方向看到一間餐廳,門前兩個大餐牌上面寫著很多鮮魚名稱,腦筋急轉彎立即令我食指大動。二話不說馬上俾佢吸引進去,已選定筍殼魚做午餐,烹調方法當然油浸。等了十五分終於上桌,一試不得了,外皮脆卜卜,內鮮甜嫩滑,至今仍回味不已以一間茶餐廳將食材烹調到咁好味
