趁星期六,同老婆晌荃灣搞銀行嘢,之後就打算行一轉「元荃古道」,咁都要食咗晏先。老婆曾有段時間晌「福來村」呢邊做兼職,所以,今次佢話事,帶我嚟到「香車街街市」搵食,上到平台層有好多餐廳,不過日頭做生意嘅唔多,得間賣車仔麵、茶記,以及打算試吓嘅「祥記燒臘飯店」。 環境一眼睇晒,夠地道嘅真真正正大牌檔風,摺枱膠椅,嚟親大多數都喺晌附近嘅街坊或打工仔。依家天氣涼快都OK,如果夏天嚟真喺搞唔掂。嚟到梗喺零服務,自己招呼自己,有啲熟客直情自己過去裝湯、裝飯。 雖然話零服務,但啲阿姐都好醒目,見我哋兩個,就俾杯熱水我哋浸筷子,而且,佢哋都幾好禮貌。 店名喺燒臘飯店,但我哋就打算試佢哋蒸餸。不過,無論燒味飯,抑或蒸餸飯,都喺賣$44,非常經濟,送例湯,雖然都喺大路嘢,如青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨之類,但勝在老火,仲喺任飲添。 如果唔喺老婆晌度,就一定叫梅菜扣肉,哈哈!咁佢晌度就減低啲邪惡度改要咗鹹魚蒸肉餅啦,而佢就揀榨菜蒸黃花魚,店家好大方,仲送多碟灼菜心,兩個人真喺食到飽飽。白灼菜心灼菜心唔喺話有咩特別,但唔喺得幾炷,喺一整碟,絕對喺誠意嚟,鹹魚蒸肉餅 $44有時食煲仔飯,啲鹹魚少得可憐,但眼前呢碟就真喺俾足料。件鹹魚好香,鹹香味滲落啲肉餅度,更加正,而且,啲肉餅打得鬆化,肥肉又唔多,連老婆都話OK,因為佢好怕肥肉,喺肥肉篩查專員。 榨菜蒸黃花魚 $44雖然牆上嘅餐牌喺寫豉汁蒸,但原來佢哋好隨意,所以你唔好諗住泥鯭會喺果皮蒸,鯇魚會喺梅菜蒸。但點都好,榨菜蒸一樣惹味,最緊要喺條黃花夠晒鮮甜,肉質非常之滑,喺樓下街市相熟檔口嘅新鮮貨,而且,咁大條,真喺幫襯佢哋好過自己整啦。「祥記」呢一類老店,真喺為基層服務,大件夾好食,雖然只喺賣幾款嘢,唔會似茶記包羅萬有,但每樣餸菜都有誠意,富人情味,值得再撐。 continue reading

荃灣香車街市,樓上天台都有多間食肆,今日就來到這間燒臘飯店食午餐。要了個蒸倉魚套餐,例湯任裝,例湯有紅蘿蔔、蓮藕、豬骨及粟米等都不錯。倉魚可能蒸待耐了點,魚肉比較鞋,豉油味道調較得都比較好。蒸餸套餐及燒味套餐$39,都算抵食,不過現在的天氣炎熱,餐廳雖然搭建了帳篷,雖然有多部的大風扇,但仍然食到一身的汗,大熱天都是少來為妙。 continue reading

香車行行市,上二樓,有一間祥記燒味飯店,燒味是老板自己燒的。燒肉最正,燒腩肉,皮脆,常常是一層薄薄的肥,一層肉,吃落肥美咁香义燒也好味,很少会鞋的,常常鬆软甜美!!你可以叫燒味飯,単或兩種燒味飯也是$37,也可選擇蒸魚,有鯇魚,烏頭,黄花,石班仔,倉魚等,也有蒸肉餅,若你選蒸餸,可加一款燒味,只需加$8, 白飯不夠可添,也有潮洲粥可吃,有一大煲湯仼装,菜也是仼取!!咁健康咁平靚正的午餐,能在那兒找到呢!! continue reading

       其實好想寫呢間咁好味又抵食的小店好耐, 可惜一直等到現在! 因在附近工作, 所以已成為"熟客"!舊街市的檔口, 是沒冷氣, 夏天有點熱, 不過OK的! 乾淨有大風扇!全店2個選擇, 蒸餸及燒味! 不過味道很好!我多揀蒸魚, 夠新鮮; 有時蒸餸賣光, 或老闆娘沒時間準備, 就吃祥哥自己燒的燒味, 我覺得好食過好多名店的! 好有水準, 仲要夠大碟, 老闆不吝嗇的, 好多餸!還有, 米飯/粥, 湯水, 青菜食任吃的! 在呢個百物騰貴的時代, 一個有餸, 有湯, 有菜, 有大碗飯, $27!> 蒸餸: 多款時冷蒸魚(e.g. 鮠魚, 倉魚, 黃花, 烏頭, 大眼), 蒸肉餅, 蒸排骨等> 燒味: 講得出都有...燒肉和叉燒最最歡迎, 好快賣哂!>老火湯: 真沒味精, 飲了2大碗也一直不口乾, 可能加埋燒骨, 格外香甜, 有時老闆娘加冬菇!> 時菜: 新鮮, 甜, 因為就係下面街市買上來, 任食, 大大碟, 好啱!>汽水啤酒: 當然另計, 不過吃燒味, 加支$6大可樂, 真係享受!老闆/老闆娘都很有人情味, 來多幾次, 已經熟了, 有次忘了帶銀包, 沒問題, 下次付, 當然我是有信用的客人呀!希望大家支持下小店, 我不想再去大商場吃租的餐廳了! continue reading
