新開試一試佢,見到有雞雜食都幾特別好少火鍋店會有,個餐又幾抵食$398已經有二人餐。招牌牛骨清湯底食落清甜無味精,淡淡牛骨味飲得出無乜添加既感覺。新鮮吊龍無乜脂肪但唔會韌,牛味重👍🏻招牌脆皮雞好得意個口感真係偏爽脆,而雞雜真係幾新鮮,完全唔會有內臟怪味,蛋黃都好濃蛋味。牛丸多汁彈牙,牛味好鮮無雪味。油條點湯幾好食幾酥脆,仲有好嫩既筍心同蔬菜拼盤,整體所有野都好新鮮,料幾靚哩個價錢值得回頭👍🏻 continue reading

天氣涼爽開始轉凍,打邊爐又係最啱時候,尖沙咀有間新火鍋店,最緊要有個二人火鍋套餐,岩我兩公婆食,而且唔貴,平民合理價👍🏻。先有個招牌牛骨清湯底,最緊要係牛肉,有一份吊龍,肉質很嫩,牛味濃,食落口感好正😋,可以再encore。招牌脆皮雞一碟,又幾新鮮,雞皮掉一掉,好爽口,唔錯。仲有新鮮雞雜(提燈😝雞心🙂雞腎)香港好少機會有提燈食,值得試試👍🏻。有一份牛丸,食落幾彈牙,夠新鮮,好味。仲有一份蔬菜拼盤,款式都幾多,份量都幾足夠🙂‍↕️。最後仲有份油條,打邊爐食油條又有d奇怪,新嘗試😆,效果都唔差。整體嚟講都好好,吊龍必定要再encore,我是牛魔王,起碼食幾碟🤣🤣。 continue reading
