呢一間米線之前喺網上同社交平台都聽過人介紹,有一次經過諗住試下,不過有成10幾人喺度排隊就打消呢個念頭。早幾日經過見到唔使排隊走入去試吓,證明之前唔浪費時間排隊嘅決定係十分正確。一共叫咗兩碗米線同一個”炭燒”豬頸肉,一碗叫咗魚腐蘿蔔豬骨清湯,另一半叫咗豬軟骨雞翼酸辣湯。先講豬骨湯,都幾肯定佢冇落味精,因為係淡而無味🤣蘿蔔就好”特別”,特別硬 同特別奇怪,味道就好似番薯糖水嘅番薯,只係一個好硬嘅蘿蔔入邊。魚腐就不過不失,唔理解點解係招牌菜。酸辣湯同南記嘅味道好相似,豬軟骨同雞翼都夠入味,但肉質煮得太爛。而好多人慕名而來嘅”炭燒”豬頸肉,食落佢只係一份炸得幾乾身同味道一般嘅豬頸肉,完全唔知點樣同”炭燒”扯上關係?不過$48就唔洗深究咁多。總結嚟講,食一次就唔會再返嚟,如果要排隊就更加不了。另外店員們長期黑面,隔籬枱顧客問點樣落單,店員一句說話都冇講,就飛咗將QR code去枱面。小店可以冇Service ,但基本禮貌都欠缺就幫唔落。

游完水做完gym,約屋企人出去啟德行街街,但係未食晏出到嚟已經係下午茶時間。咁就諗吓食啲咩好啦,之前mark低咗呢間米線,都唔難搵好快已經搵到啦,估唔到過咗午市時段都爆場。未到舖頭之前已經喺OpenRice嗰度睇吓有啲咩食其實心裏便已經算好咗,但係嚟到嘅時候有心大心細。基於未食早午餐嘅情況下,嗌咗豬頸肉酸辣米線另外加咗豬腩肉同埋豬軟骨,再嗌咗個小食魚皮。個魚皮細細粒唔夠過癮,但夠爽口,唯獨是佢個汁太濃味有少少鹹。豬頸肉同埋米線都到啦,豬頸肉份量好足,唔會燒得太乾身,相當Juice。另外食米線之前飲咗啖湯,救命,好好飲⋯⋯佢酸辣得來帶少少泰國風味真係好好飲,雖然嗌中辣但係唔會越飲越辣。同埋幾鍾意佢個米線係有米線個豬軟骨亦都炆得好腍入口即溶,滷肉就的色咗少少有少少唔夠喉。整體嚟講相當有驚喜,下次要試埋佢個(豆花)。唯獨一樣唔係咁好嘅地方就係坐門口嗰張枱啲人出出入入對門係咁撞隻手,明白後生意啲枱就擺得密啲,但係呢個位就真係差少少。

星期日下午約了朋友試吃這間米線,排了十分鐘就可以入座(要人齊喎)。選了魚腐米線小辣,另叫豬頸肉,酥炸豆腐粒同蝦多士,超出預期的好吃。上菜快,伙記有禮。唯獨冷氣不夠冷,也可能當日炎夏,兼吃辣的東西,除此之外並無不好。
