新蒲崗有各種美食,豐儉由人,但我覺得係要食#豆花撈米線 。多年前呢度有間雲南米線,試過肉碎好香,適合配豆花,不過太油太鹹,轉手之後都有豆花撈米線,但經過親都休息,今次終於有機會。呢度QR CODE落單秋拾豆花撈米線 小辣、扣底、走芫荽 $40翡翠苗+$8 魚腐+$10 麻辣雞球 +$8 =$81豆花撈米線,係呢度其中一款招牌菜。除左豆腐花之外,就係炸醬、豉油、辣油、酸菜,呢間做得比上手清新啲,無咁油,食落更舒服。魚腐係呢度另外一款招牌配料,呢度口感實啲,食落有啲似煎釀三寶嘅魚蛋,所以應該係自製嘅。另外有一款麻辣雞球覺得幾特別,無咩炸粉嘅雞球,其實麻多過辣,少少刺激,唔錯。脆炸珍寶韭菜餃 $27韭菜餃係炸唔係煎,好有小食店外賣嘅感覺,但外型更加大。餃子皮薄,炸完特別香脆,裡面韭菜超多,少少豬肉配合,令餃子非常Juicy ,點埋泰式辣醬,就更加開胃啦!特色檸益 少冰 +$15就係檸檬益力多,檸檬加益力多,加少少水,香甜清新,適合解膩。 總數 $108 continue reading

喺呢間米線開張第一日,本身係諗住去新蒲崗食原本嗰一間豆花米線,去到發現執咗,而見到呢一間連招牌都未拆紅紙,但見到入邊有人就走去八卦睇吓,點知都係食豆花米線嘅,當日緣份嘅促使之下成為左佢開店第一台客人。然後因為味道好又再返去食,食完覺得水準keep到又再返去食,介紹啲朋友人哋覺得好食又約我返去食,都唔知食咗幾多次喇。酸辣米線我比較推介,湯好味襯米線好適合。豆花米線其實都好正,但因為係撈嘅關係好多醬,食落比較滯。餸方面推介我的最愛菜式豬頸肉,新鮮燒起熱辣辣脆卜卜,佢個泰式醬汁都好正,酸酸辣辣。豬軟骨都唔錯,係爭少少啲軟骨味道啫喱狀態,同埋個味道比較柔和,係米線湯底之下未能夠好突出。最愛加紫菜。,掃晒啲湯好惹味。麻辣炸雞球都唔錯,新鮮炸起算係食米線入面比較特別少見嘅一個配菜。魚肉春卷同炸魚腐,其實都係新鮮炸好香脆。,不過相對之下就冇咁特別啦。小食方面都食過百味豆腐同蝦多士,兩樣都出色,尤其是包尾豆腐呢個價錢嚟講十分之大份,好食又抵過酒樓食好多。炸韭菜餃都食過。,但就正路啦。飲品飲過凍檸益幾特別,檸檬加益力多,酸酸甜甜好開胃,無喺第二度見過第一次喺度飲。之後都試過朱古力,其實幾香濃都算出色。朋友就話奶茶唔錯,但我就冇飲過喇。附上其中幾次食既圖比大家參考下不過座位真係有啲迫同唔好坐,同埋而家已經好多人食,平日食既話中午12:15左右要到,如果唔係好大機會要排15-20分鐘。老闆(男)第一次幫襯嘅時候見到,好有禮貌好welcoming,但而家樓面個女職員,可能加埋多客當外賣好忙啦,有時態度都一般🫢 continue reading
