遊走正街街市的時候發現呢度,於是同同學決定試下,因為我哋兩個都未試過喺街市裡面食大排檔。呢度環境都算乾淨企李,地方又夠大。我哋點佐三個餸,最滿意係諜黃金蝦球,炸得唔會過火,食起上來夠香脆而且有咸蛋黃嘅香味。肉鬆炒四季豆嘅火喉都掌握得好好,豆豆爽口肉鬆又唔會太鹹。最後個粉絲煲也令人滿意。呢度食嘢價錢都算相宜,而且老闆娘都幾熱情,有同我哋介紹佢哋餐廳嘅特色。

夠鑊氣都係要去大牌檔先掂呢一句說話真係一D都無講錯,唔係朋友介紹都唔識去正街街市熟食中心搵食。3個人點了四個餸一D都唔過份啦。椒鹽鮮魷簡簡單單卻又真真正正試到師傅嘅真功夫。炸漿不能夠太厚、魷魚要夠鮮味兼彈牙、油溫嘅控制,缺一不可,呢度嘅師傅係真師傅,唔係求其馬虎炸D野出黎就話係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個餸掂。蠔仔煎蛋嫩滑,蠔唔大唔細啱啱好,始終係蠔仔煎蛋,蠔仔同煎蛋都應該係平起平坐,是但偏埋一邊都會無咁好。韭菜花炒豬頸肉就差少少,主要原因係D豬頸肉太肥,其實師傅炒得好夠鑊氣,如果D豬頸肉唔好咁肥會加返好多分。炒西蘭花基本上都係熟就OK,唔好以為熟好易,出面成日食到D未炒熟嘅西蘭花架。

昨天老闆請食中午, 帶我們到他經常幫襯的"飯堂", 原來區區一個熟食街市中心裡都有臥虎藏龍的排檔😋。真的要介紹番, 每一道菜都很有鑊氣! 特別是蟲草花蒸雞, 有益又好味! 仲有「小炒王」就是大牌檔叫餸食飯的例牌菜,材料鹹鹹香香,加上鑊氣十, 簡直冇得頂!👍

今天全家在這區遊走,帶小米認識第一街第二街第三街。剛好看到這十字路口的街市,Banner寫明<一樓熟食中心>。可是<一樓熟食中心>的路標指引不清晰,全家又搭LIFT,又扶手電梯,搵路都真係一個開心遊戲。 輾轉來到這地下的餐廳,有冷氣,有電視,還有價格相宜的午市套餐。加上地方尚自乾淨企理,和大量座位,於是馬上就座。點了三個午餐,然後開始清洗餐具。 香妃雞飯  這碟飯最先呈上。不用炒,不用煮,只需要白飯,砍雞件,加薑蔥油&豉油,即可上菜。香妃雞肉當然滑啦!但下方的白飯才是香妃雞飯的精髓所在。 鹹中帶甜的薑蔥豉油加上雞肉雞油精華,配平淡的白飯,才是人間美味!  菠蘿海鮮炒飯 這是第二碟呈上的。炒飯乾身,除了菠蘿,雜豆,還有很多海鮮粒粒,有蝦仁,魷魚,蜆肉,用料十足。因為剛才的薑蔥豉油撈飯十分惹味,所以覺得這個菠鮮炒飯味道比較淡。  柱侯蘿蔔牛腩炒河 柱侯蘿蔔牛腩只是淋在河粉上。部份的河粉依然是白色的。牛腩很腍,味道不錯。醬汁中發現八角,也許是自家配方。  一邊午餐,一邊看電視播放<跑馬仔>。第二場跑出的馬仔<開心遊戲>,以3/4馬位領先。如果夠幸運,買WIN披,真係贏到笑!

炒飯乾身,除了菠蘿,雜豆,還有很多海鮮粒粒,有蝦仁,魷魚,蜆肉,用料十足。
因為剛才的薑蔥豉油撈飯十分惹味,所以覺得這個菠鮮炒飯味道比較淡。

街坊飯堂之選, 地方ok清潔, 外籍朋友都說好A local wet market cantina, good food, clean and open late. Expats friendly and not crowded like other wet market. Price is very good, especially when you compare to other restaurants in the area. Beers are dirt cheap and no corkage.

知道有正街衢市好耐,但唔知原來呢度有個熟食中心...同其他熟食中心唔同,呢度同街市乾貨係同一層~大熱天時,有冷氣先係王道~~呢晚同爹娘嚟試試,唔駛等位,好多檯,好可能因為成個場夜晚得佢一檔~服務算唔錯,起碼一坐低就有人SERVE~叫咗其中一個招牌菜---金盤焗雞,其實即係將啲雞煮好,擺喺銀盤上面,再用錫紙冚住嚟焗,味道唔錯,起碼有雞味~仲嗌咗另一寶---啫啫芥蘭煲,呢味個人覺得差少少,啲芥蘭無咩味,反而入面啲豬頸肉仲好食~仲有個牛腩煲,炆得夠淋,而且蘿蔔夠入味&無渣~最後仲有魚香茄子,唔太鹹,撈飯一流~總括而言,呢度仲未俾嗰啲所謂名人食家發掘到,以一間街坊小菜舖頭,真係算唔錯,一個開飯嘅好地方~~

十一月下旬‧晴在不遠處的波地試腳,走的時候有「阿Sir請食飯」,吃飯的地方就在這裡。是街市的熟食中心,晚上只一檔還經營,生意卻未見旺盛,反而眼見都是附近大學的學生光顧。老區,就是這樣子。先來大啤,獅威十二元一支大的,又平又凍,至於好不好喝,沒所謂,橫豎樽啤款款也差不多,我覺得。小菜也不錯,咕嚕肉汁多芡杰,肉還可以,竟然仍有點脆口;肉餅幾鬆,下飯良品,轉眼吃清要追加;牛腩比較韌,炆得不夠身,可以更好;蒸水蛋也是人人必吃之物,尤其正在努力「扒飯」的大家;菜譜煎蛋角反而最合我心,乾身,香口,簡單,美味。不用付款,大概是每人六十,非常經濟。
