To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

北上工作的一天，盡有可能會去找過好地方食返個溫飽早餐。那一次，我就選擇停一停在大埔墟站，就近在《MX》快食。平時的早上，我會吃扒餐，但今日見有足夠既時間，同要長途跋涉上東莞，所以我決定食飽啲。咁，就叫一個糯米雞來吃吧。一如既往，《MX》的糯米雞絕對是足料，美味的肉醬，腍腍的瞿翼。味道由外滲到外層，也就是整隻糯米雞都充滿好味道。奶茶，也可以說，是一如既往的好飲。茶底濃，奶味香，夠晒提神。總之，這是一如既往的好，早上吃了一個滿意既早餐，的確是滿足。

由於家附近有齊三大連鎖快餐店，所以我許久沒光顧過美心MX了。是日和家父午餐，他選擇這間快餐店。打算揀點沒那麼飽滯的餐點，似乎得米線比較合適。選了酸菜魚．風琴豆腐米線，用料充足，一整串的風琴豆腐，配以不少的魚片及酸菜。風琴豆腐煮得未夠稔，質感仍然偏硬，所以不太吸湯。魚片是脆肉鯇，無骨兼嫩滑爽脆，無泥味。酸菜湯底的酸度及辣度都足夠，稍嫌米線的麵質較為稔。這款米線的酸辣度合格，如風琴豆腐及米線的軟硬度拿捏得好些，會令人較為滿足。
