To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我住嗰區幾十年都未食過，見侄仔推介就去試吓，舖頭細細但係企理乾淨，試過佢兩次豬手撈麵，麵質爽彈完全可比美貴一倍價錢嘅麵店，麵帶一點點鹼，但係我接受，食麵就係有小小鹼至好食，啲食家就話要走全鹼，咁不如去食意粉喇，豬手偏冧但係夠晒入味，收咁嘅價錢有三舊豬手真係無投訴，會繼續試埋佢啲雲呑同筋腩。

大角咀翠園 中下 🤣比一般水平差唔知係咪期望過高……關注組評價係好壞參半所以要親自試下，先知啱唔啱口味🧐🧐真心唔好食，湯頭亦淡仲比錯葱，✖✖✖蟹子冇令佢好食左，或惹味啲， 可以唔洗專登去試嘥quota 可以唔洗試可樂係玻璃樽，好似可以揀罐裝仲可以揀紙包飲品大角咀昌興好啲仲有其他選擇環境細，似係老闆2公婆生意約10個位所以可能預左要等下位冬天經過可以諗下，夏天喺門口等都幾甘🤣男仔未必夠飽可一不可再返食指數：（10個為滿分）

今日唔舒服睇完醫生😷，無咩胃口😔，打算求其叫個雲吞麵返屋企食就算。屋企附近有間都幾出名嘅雲吞麵小店，舖頭好細，全店只有2個職員(包括煮麵)，麵嘅選擇亦都唔多，但就非常好味😋。鮮蝦雲吞麵 $32+$1外賣同堂食一樣都係有4️⃣粒雲吞，雲吞大大粒，饀料足，鮮蝦🦐爽口彈牙🥰，鹼水味唔重，大地魚湯味濃；而且麵質彈牙，整體十分好食😋。蟹子雲吞麵 $32+$1大大粒蝦🦐入面加埋卜卜脆又略帶鹹香味嘅蟹子，而且蟹子超多，所以口感非常豐富😋。總括而言，簡單嘅裝修，簡單嘅Menu，做出一啲都唔簡單嘅美食，大角咀其中一間必試小店👍。

睇食評比較多人讚既就係翠園同昌興麵家，之前已經試過昌興既水餃麵，今次就黎試翠園既雲吞麵。果然不負所望，大地魚湯底濃，有我最愛既韮菜，麵夠彈牙夠爽，雲吞料足，一粒入面應該有3，4隻蝦，蝦又夠爽又有鮮味，雖然食到後面麵沉耐左沉出左d鹼水味，但已經差不多食完，影響唔大。小店只有2個人營運，所以唔似快餐店咁30秒出餐，都要等5至10分鐘，剛剛煮出黎非常夠熱，呢個係湯麵既必要條件；又搵到間好食雲吞麵，非常滿足。
