噚日(20-10-2024 Sun)晏晝肚餓,就同老公去食晏,問佢食咩嘢?佢答好耐冇飲湯,去上次喺荃灣食豬雜嗰間,飲杏汁豬肺湯(上次食評係2024年10月1日刊登嘅呢篇:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%9F%B7%E6%AD%BB%E9%9B%9E-e5706143)。我哋嚟到時都有三枱客,坐低後又睇menu揀啦,就要咗:1.$78.00嘅招牌杏汁燉豬肺湯都俾好多豬肺,但係灰黑色,但食落味道又正常,亦好腍身;湯嘅杏仁味夠,但唔算好杰身。4分3. $59.00嘅沙薑豬手飯加豬油要胡椒豬肚湯見到豬手唔多,好夠腍同夠味,OK嘅。4分胡椒豬肚湯胡椒依然好重手,我飲咗兩啖就飲唔落喇。3分2. $70.00嘅紅燒蝴蝶腩淨餸,要生菜同昆布牛骨湯上到嚟,原來菜係墊底,而唔係俾一碟菜,好彩揀生菜,否則揀另外嗰兩隻菜就有啲九唔搭八。蝴蝶腩同上次食嘅一樣OK;昆布牛骨湯味道都幾濃,我飲唔晒,俾埋老公飲。3.33分環境:呢日天氣都熱,冷氣依然唔多夠。3.5分服務:都OK冇問題,不過落完單,每樣嘢都得幾耐下至到。抵食係2.67分 continue reading

已經三刷, 再去唔係因為價錢, 因講平呢間嘢絕對唔配! 但以食物質素同味道, 一d都唔輸比深圳, d 餸嘅份量更加絕對會多好多(試過喺華強食羊雜, d 羊雜每件都切到好細粒,但又唔係特別多, 但都要差唔多$40落樓)! 佢各樣嘢加埋絕對會令我回頭, 會令我每當想去荃灣食嘢, 就係暫時唯一即時諗起嘅首選!喺荃灣呢個出名大量米線同粉麵嘅地方, 呢間嘢搵到自己另一條路! 少見嘅新鮮豬雜似乎係無掩過, 但食落完全無臭味, 口感都勁嫩滑, 明顯食得出真係新鮮嘅! 另外要讚嘅就係兩款一牛一豬嘅湯底, 兩款試晒都好好飲, 但我比較鍾意牛果款, 因飲落好似有陣藥膳味, 飲到見底都口喝嘅感覺, 應該無味精!因去三次都係叫自選item, 而每次去主打都係豬雜再加其他餸, 所以下次去都想試佢嘅招牌燉湯, 因睇隔離枱叫左, 見到d 料都好足, 我諗一碗都夠飽!BTW, 唔知係咪新鮮豬雜要即煮嘅關係, 我幾次都要等比較耐先有得食,對新鮮食材有心機係好事,但建議可以貼返d 告示話比食客知, 心機食物, 等候需時等字眼! 食到好嘢, 我諗d 食客都唔會介意等, 總好過等候過程令到食客留下不必要嘅缺陷啦!(個人消費:自選兩餸加飲品$64, 完全無影相, 但真心去開附近係值得試嘅) continue reading

本身想試下隔籬嗰間車仔麵,但係落雨冇位, 見佢呢間肥佬冇乜人於是求其食餐野就算。 一坐低睇見佢個餐牌收得比較貴少少諗住會有驚喜點知原來係驚嚇。 叫左個牛腩拼蝴蝶腩, 個牛腩除左咸左少少都冇咩好挑剔, 但個蝴蝶腩搞唔掂, 夾左舊入口已經有種想嘔番出黎既感覺, 再夾多舊睇清楚原來毛都未抆既喂, 諗住一舊半舊係咁結果夾多幾舊睇係一樣當堂咩胃口都冇哂。 btw, 見佬老闆語氣有點燥底。 conclusion: 呢間野難食貼錢買難受一定冇下次 continue reading

捐完血補充一下先,附近開左間新食店,門口見到話食懷舊菜,就入去啦,裝修幾得意,用左香港嘅街道牌。叫左:招牌杏汁燉豬肺、酸辣糖心皮蛋、藥膳牛坑腩撈麵(加豬油)跟豬骨湯,加$20有雞腎、凍檸茶。我係比個豬肺湯吸引左入黎嘅,嘩😳好飲喎,豬肺洗得好乾淨,冇臊味,杏仁味唔太濃,但飲到有微微嘅杏仁碎,易入口,而且兩個人飲都好飽。皮蛋就未試過加肉鬆黎食,咦,又幾特別喎,小小辣再加上肉鬆鹹鹹甜甜夾埋件軟軟嘅皮蛋,又另一個味覺嘅享受😋而撈麵、雞腎同檸檬茶,都係正常水準,值得推薦:招牌杏汁豬肺湯👍 continue reading
