路過銅鑼灣同灣仔交界見到有間自家製韓國刀削麵,原來係炸雞元組「李家」去年底開嘅副線品牌,好積極喎短短幾個月已經喺尖沙咀、元朗、灣仔開咗分店. 駱克道店內裝修簡單純樸就似韓國家庭小店咁. 餐廳主要提供刀削麵、餃子、煎餅等韓式主食. QR code落單,水自助,就係比較簡單輕食一餐. 兩小碟泡菜幾入味開胃好正宗嘅感覺. ⭐️炸醬麵炸醬香濃甜甜地非常開胃,豬肉夠腍非常入味,薯仔、洋蔥等都好入味,仲有鵪鶉蛋,麵條口感不錯. 天氣熱冇乜胃口食呢個麵就啱晒. ⭐️砂鍋牛腱本身想叫個海鮮鍋打卡,不過見到呢個係灣仔店限定嘅咁就試吓啦. 湯底比較清淡帶有淡淡牛骨湯味,可以試真啲牛腱原味,牛腱筋肉比例剛剛好份量唔少,肉質煙靭厚有金針菇同大蔥墊底. 加上鹽、胡椒等簡單調味提升味道. 個人建議個火其實唔使開咁耐.飲品叫咗真露燒酒,估唔到好夾牛肉鍋. 有陣時悶悶地想食呀,韓國嘢又多一個選擇.

牛腱有韌勁 建議配上泡菜吃
泡菜不辣 但一起吃口感會豐富點
除了有大量牛腱 亦有金菇及蔥
這個鍋物非常適合不吃辣的人!!

小編今次到銅鑼灣探店,餐廳主打韓國刀削麵,有不同的湯底選擇,用餐前亦會有泡菜提供,喜歡韓國菜嘅朋友可以試一試!🔥海鮮火鍋配刀削麵 $388海鮮火鍋用料十足,除了有原隻八爪魚外,還有蜆、扇貝、青口、魷魚、大蝦和蟹。另外還有不同的蔬菜如翠玉瓜、金菇和韭菜等。火鍋沒有很濃味的韓式湯底,取而代之是清甜的海鮮湯底!比較重口味的朋友亦可以用黃芥辣醬配搭各種海鮮!品嚐完部份海鮮後,便可以將刀削麵放入湯底烹煮。刀削麵相對比較粗,口感彈牙,與清甜的海鮮湯底非常搭配!
