To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為今天帶了狗狗回公司，下午只好拜託同事買外賣了…餐單有鮮茄牛肉飯，有黑椒雞脾飯，於是麻煩老闆特制了鮮茄雞脾飯相信大家都會記得童年時的茄汁炸雞脾飯小丁因為早兩日見倒朋友post Facebook所以也想回味一下可惜這個不是炸脾來的…雞肉也不滑，不夠新鮮…似燒味…但又沒有雞油，口感一般，雞肉硬身唯一可以贊的是鮮茄汁好正，送飯一流，而且有幾條菜芯👍
