To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食暈九龍城 繼續..斷食了一天今天又要吃東西今天有一種額外的落幕和寂寞感我為什麼不習慣一個人了明明比較喜歡一個人怎麼偏偏想要得到陪伴 當知道自己不配擁有時..依然需要戒口的我常餐 $35煎豬扒 通粉豬扒只有輕輕煎過基本上比較像煮熟沒有煎香的味道但35元正的餐怎可有要求（？）不過如果人們都能用心一點認真一點所有事情都可以更美好通粉有點淋喜歡硬麵的我唯有跟自己說不用花氣力去咬很好湯保持的溫度也很好等了好久還是燙的貓舌頭👅表示要等不及但也只可慢慢食店裡沒幾個客人 真好可能是在下早吧他們也才開門不久靜靜的 很好店員話也不多不會有人聲噪音 很好..

興隆嚟咗新㕑師，小菜好掂！自帶海鮮去煮。石狗公滾湯：味鮮美，唔腥，非常香甜，無落味精！師傅好用心去做，先煎香啲石狗公，再贊水大滾，慢火煲出味！ 加上幾條生菜，正！清蒸花䱛，火路剛好！帶出鮮魚嫩滑。主食，炒個港式炒貴刁：少油，香口，辣度適中，最欣賞係啲配料新鮮。一般其他餐廳啲义燒唔係乾如柴，硬梗梗無味道。但興隆啲义燒好軟熟有味道！此餐廳，出品不錯又經濟！服務員態度好。見到有很多外賣，值得一試。

24-8-2009繼續 mou 茶餐廳, 今次 3:xx pm 嚟到九龍城尾段, 開正喺人氣泰菜館 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1962347) 隔嚟但又唔多起眼的呢度.先嚟凍奶茶, 見佢淺色成咁, 未飲已心寒起來, 飲落更不得了 -- 偏甜, 奶味 vs 茶味比例近乎 9:1 , 上凍下暖, 十分難飲! 亦絕對係其中一杯我飲過最難飲的港式奶茶, 10 個 thumbs down! 沙爹牛麵亦唔好得好多 -- 沙爹牛肉溫溫吞吞, 沙爹汁味道帶少少甜, 但唔香唔鹹又唔辣, 質地糊糊哋, 梳打牛肉就滑潺潺 , 口感好「膠」; 麵就係大光麵, 淥得爽口, 好在.環境衛生同一般麻甩茶記無異, 不過阿叔們就唔及其他九龍城街坊茶記友善了.飲剩大半杯差到暈的奶茶, 放低 $24, 速閃, 後會無期! P.S. 食物其實只值 1.5 分, round off to 2 益咗佢了!
