相信唔少人都係屋企嘅大廚,拿手小菜隨便都整到兩三碟。但係屋企嘅爐頭比出面食,總係少咗啲鑊氣;加上人總有懶惰時,又要買又要整又要洗,有時真係出街食好過。今晚就跟住灣仔嘅街坊嚟到華韻廚房,小菜選擇非常多。炸乳鴿燒味係華韻廚房嘅招牌,皮脆肉嫩、充滿肉汁,係每枱嘅必叫之選。金銀蛋時蔬時蔬係菜心,新鮮嫩綠,而金銀蛋除咗鹹蛋,餐廳玩玩新意思,加埋炒滑蛋,增添香滑感,味道都相當合拍。新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉皮脆肉嫩嘅咕嚕肉,一咬開脆嫩外皮,肉汁隨即爆出。加上新鮮嘅菠蘿同酸酸甜甜嘅汁醬,令人食慾大增之餘,仲減低油脂感。椒鹽豆腐粒粒都炸到金黃色嘅椒鹽豆腐,火候啱啱好,入口鬆化。豉油王魚片蒸豆腐魚片肉質爽彈,豆腐嫩滑,用上自家調製嘅豉油嚟調味令到鮮味更加突出。
