本來一爐烘2餅雞蛋仔,加左2個用電爐雞蛋仔,心急自然出劣貨!

以前平價.加價後連這優點也沒了

順便一提,隔離檔的面仔檔D料越來越少,唉

其實之前係太安樓係有2檔的~但後來不知道咩原因而只剩下這間難食既...聽人講另一檔個老闆發左唔做...=.="不過明顯地d人係睇完蘇施黃既報導後令佢生意大增...講真...我試完覺得唔好食...點解?因為同北角既雞蛋仔一比,就差好遠了...而且本身唯一可取既就係佢既價錢較平...而家...一加就加到7蚊...好過去搶...但真唔明點解咁多人試完仲會再去...可能真係各人口味啦...-.-又或者真係傳媒既渲染太厲害啦...

  在下蒲慣此區,呢度d雞蛋仔係龍係蟲,早就心裡有數。朋友看了蘇施黃節目,說要來試,我告訴他,呢度d雞蛋仔一向都不好吃,得個平字,點知而家仲加到七蚊。不過都幾蚊雞,咁朋友又不心息,咪試吓囉。一試,點知真係唔叫得做好食,甚至有小小難食。裡面d粉一舊舊,時硬時林,唔脆又唔鬆唔軟,怪怪的。唔好食我就預咗,不過此事令我以後對真人蘇節目的食評開始半信伴疑。要吃好食雞蛋仔,始終是北角琴行街,佢冇令我失望過。

以前佢d格仔4蚊個加上可以落醬落到堆山咁係學校超無錢時代既恩物之後越黎越出名價錢4to6to7加上蛋漿又稀左建議大家唔好去la.係附近讀左好多年書食左好多件太安既心得>m<

又是因為蘇施黃的推介,山長水遠去到太安樓。試了雞蛋仔及格仔餅,真係...難吃。皮只有少少脆,裡面則儼如一團無味的粉。格仔餅...更不濟。不知是否現在的水準滑落?否則這樣的雞蛋仔怎可能會跟琴行街和灣仔那分店相比?雖然現場只有幾個人排隊,但仍感浪費時間,心深不忿。

太安樓雞蛋仔,可話係近月飲食界之其中一個奇景.經過蘇絲黃一推,推出一條長長的人龍.買底雞蛋仔,要排成個鐘,全世界只得香港獨有,這個彈丸之地,真是Impossible is nothing.下午四點也有幾個人排隊,不過等了兩三分鐘,一底即烘的雞蛋仔便到手.外層很脆,吃落太實,而且蛋味欠奉.吃到最後,怎也想不到這檔雞蛋仔,為何會令到人花上時間去排隊買?傳媒的威力,可以令人洗腦,連自己姓乜都唔知.

有時也不得不承認,如果聽到有好吃的東西﹝當然「好」的程度,甚至比心目中認為市面上最好的還要好﹞,總會心思思想試的。已是第二次到來,頭一趟,人多到不能置信。是次來到,只得三人在排隊,當然又加入行列之中。幾底一起烘,3分鐘也不用,熱辣辣的雞蛋仔已到手。這裡的,皮脆,有餡,但卻是實實的。個人而言,不介意多餡或少餡,但雞蛋仔至緊要做得鬆軟,及蛋味夠香。吃到這麼「實淨」的雞蛋仔,心已涼了半截。吃落發現,蛋味欠奉,還有刺喉的食後感,明顯是粉下得太多了。7蚊一底,是比北角的掌門人便宜。但個人覺得,絕對不比掌門人好。沒有再來的必要,還是去另一邊「篤」牛什還好。
