胡椒湯底夠香夠濃夠胡椒味,粉腸處理得好好冇臭味,咬落唔韌煮得夠軟淋,咸豬骨醃得夠味,份量也多,再加上大量大芥菜同煮,飲多兩碗夠晒下火!

泰式燒雞上枱時也很吸引,聞到陣陣燒雞味,燒雞燒得很香,還未吃都覺得真的很有泰式風味,入口外脆肉嫩,一點都不鞋口,皮也燒得剛剛好,少少焦香味,一入口都停不了口似的,很快就給我們KO晒這半隻燒雞,還有點不夠喉呢!

另一大心水之選就係豬手,起曬肉係基本啦。我最欣賞係佢味道唔會騷,我好驚炸豬手有陣醃過嘅騷味,但呢度唔會,所以食極唔膩,最重點係配埋佢本身嘅醬料,酸辣酸辣咁,配肥美嘅豬手真係非常夾非常開胃
