今日公司有event係海洋公園,順便去左睇熊貓,真係好得意啊!之後就同一個比較要好嘅同事食dinner,同事本來都住南區,所以我叫佢推介有邊間有特色又好食,同事話去海怡半島站附近嘅蟹點,我當然就跟著去啦! 一來到首先見到嘅就係個自設魚缸,裡面好多不同種類嘅新鮮海鮮,呢到都有戶外座位,感覺有d似高檔大排檔,一行入室內就覺得好有氣氛,亦都聞到廚房嗰邊好有鑊氣,冬天呢個天氣坐外面都幾舒服,幾有feel,不過我哋今日就決定咗坐室內。menu都有好多選擇,呢度更加可以帶自來海鮮,有大眾點評優惠券可以買團年盆菜,不過我哋今日就試咗幾樣日式菜都覺得好正! 嚟得呢度,就梗係要叫最出名嘅蟹啦,最尾決定咗要薑蔥炒蟹,真係超大隻又新鮮,啖啖肉,食得好過癮,炒得好有鑊氣,薑蔥均勻咁樣喺成隻蟹度都沾滿醬汁,但係唔會覺得肥膩,蟹肉亦都相當鮮甜! 另外趁住天氣凍,梗係要飲番啲湯水啦,所以就叫咗一個杏汁燉白肺湯,飲落去覺得好養生,白肺湯完全冇奇怪嘅味道,反而有一種淡淡嘅杏仁香味。 菜就叫咗一個乾逼欖菜肉鬆四季豆,真係好惹味,濃得來又唔會過鹹,完全唔係平時餐廳死鹹嗰種味道。

今日,走左去呢間同親戚做冬。環境似街市裏面嘅大排檔,環境算ok乾淨。當時叫左半圍菜,包括班片,龍蝦伊面,卤鵝卤豬等,泰式鷄等。食物有中式又有泰式。魚幾新鮮,卤水種類幾多下,鵝肝,肉,腎,豬肉,大腸都有啲。泰式鷄都幾有鷄味。另外,我地都叫左炭燒豬頸肉同炸生菜。豬頸肉一食落口甜甜地有香矛味,醬汁較辣,不過配肉食的確一流。炒菜清爽。整體而言,食物有中有泰,不過泰國味唔重,係港版泰國菜。所食落去會似中餐。不過食物的確唔錯,推薦一試。

去完海洋公園咁近香港仔鴨脷洲梗係去食海鮮啦。朋友就介紹咗間餐廳俾我哋專食海鮮。喺鴨脷洲海怡半島站A出口一出就望到,揸車嘅就可以泊喺隔離鴨脷洲商場停車場。呢間餐廳叫做蟹店,咁梗係專係食蟹啦,佢哋有自己嘅魚缸,仲有其他海鮮可以揀,無論粵式同泰式都有,今次就試吓佢哋嘅招牌白胡椒大肉蟹。$628隻,都重斤半以上㗎。鐵板相上枱就冧埋啲白胡椒汁落去非常之香。這鉗又夠大隻真係啖啖肉。另外由於飲啤酒嘅關係又叫咗一碟滷水鵝肝送下酒。佢唔係好亂,但係就入晒味。旁邊仲有啲花生添。另外佢哋仲有露天座位啊咁冬天喺出面食就更加有風味啦。

昨天晚上在餐廳食飯一肚氣。首先,叫了兩碗白飯等了很久還未到,於是向一名男侍應查詢。男侍應第一句就問:「你同邊個落單?」,跟住走開了!請問我是否要記住幫我下單的侍應,直接向他追單?經多次向不同侍應追單後,兩碗白飯最終在1 5分鐘後送到,餸菜可以凍曬!更離譜的是,當甜品送到時,我們發現並非我們點的甜品。於是向一名貌似老板娘的女士反映。該女士好大聲話我們點的甜品「要等好耐」,明顯是希望我們接受餐廳做錯的甜品。當我們拒絕後,該女士一聲不響走開。由於該女士表示我們想食的甜品「要等好耐」,我們決定不再等,起身走到收銀處結帳。結帳時要求餐廳將甜品的金額扣除,該女士突然表示甜品已準備好,並將甜品拿到我們面前!當時我們已經離開餐枱,部份人更已離開餐廳,所以表示不需要。該女士表示甜品已做好,堅持要收費。經過一輪爭論後,該女士才不情不願地同意扣除甜品價錢。在我看來,整件事已經不是服務態度問題,是誠信問題!餐廳落錯單很平常,說聲「唔好意思」,相信大部份食客都會接受!令人難以接受的是餐廳用一個謊言去掩蓋自己的錯誤,當乘客拒絕接受他們的錯誤時,又立即表示錯誤已經更正,要求客人接受。最近經常講香港人北上消費影響餐廳
