經過見到好多人食裕記牛什粉麵,價錢合理,種類算多,旅是就入去試下。一人一碗麵加油菜和淨餸👍🏻招牌牛全寶河粉 $62有牛肚,肥牛、牛筋、牛腩和牛柏葉。一碗可以食五款不同牛的部位,很滿足。牛筋口感彈牙又滑,牛腩煮得淋,肥牛普普通通。蔥花是分開放在湯匙上。河粉煮得軟硬適中,不會煮得過淋。腩汁夠味。招牌崩沙牛腩粉麵$52天氣熱唔想食湯麵可以另加$8轉撈麵,蠔油放在一旁可選擇拌與否。小編將蠔油和辣油一起拌麵,味道不會很咸,剛好!崩沙牛腩份量算多,帶少少筋之餘又夠淋,又入味。爽滑墨魚鬚 $68配咖喱汁,但小編略嫌味道有點淡,如果濃味少少會更皆。油茶 $12跟餐凍熱飲品加 $8凍檸檬利賓納和凍檸茶 continue reading

外國朋友嚟左香港,話要食下啲街坊港式既食物。食完雞蛋仔之後,眼見哩個餐廳人流都幾多,部份客人似係街坊,睇嚟應該都係一間不錯嘅餐廳,再望吓佢門口個大鐵鍋炆住唔同牛嘅部位,朋友就話想試下啦。入到店大家不約而同都揀左招牌牛全寶,貪佢咩都有。入面有牛腩,牛肚,牛筋,牛柏葉,肥牛。而我就揀咗配麵,佢嘅面質彈牙,湯頭都清唔油膩,另外似加入咗腩汁嘅味道,所以湯味都濃。五寶入邊個人比較推介牛腩,入口軟嫩,又帶點脂肪嘅口感。牛筋都正,炆得好淋,感覺有滿滿嘅膠原🤣再加碟清菜,跟餐價叫杯凍飲都係加$8。最後試埋港式凍檸茶,同埋利賓納。 continue reading
