新開張小店, 被菜牌上一個名稱吸引: 捻面. 上網尋一下, 原來是潮汕地區食品, 就是將面團搓成細長, 用手捻(揑)成一片片得名.手工面爽口有彈性, 有厚有薄增加口感(有幾片太厚唔入味, 不過唔係大問題), 可惜牛腩湯底有點格格不入... 腸粉也不是平時的廣東腸粉, 像在深圳好多早餐檔那種腸粉的做法, 香港也是比較少見. continue reading
