是不是真正地道順德菜就無從稽考,不過味道好就百份百肯定,點了個乾蒸牛脷,牛脷連骨位,吃到不同部位,美味惹味,吃得特別滋味,還有$5白飯吃到飽,一碟干蒸菜式最少吃掉兩三碗白飯,今天餐飲業果然要出奇制勝。此外還點了個枸杞葉豬潤湯,豬潤新鮮且沒有渣,湯很清甜,$18一盅實在價廉物美。生滾豬雜粥亦美味,豬雜新鮮亦洗得乾淨,沒有血水味,豬腰也沒有尿味,真是真材實料。最後點了一碟菜,圓滿。附上菜牌供大家參考。

記得舊年班friend帶我去順德威威嘅時候喺順德容桂食過一間已煎焗排骨聞名嘅小店,佢嘅味道到而家都令我回味無窮,原來香港都有類似嘅烹調料理,就係今日試咗呢間喺佐敦上海街嘅小餐廳。順德嗰間最出名係排骨,如呢一間喺佐敦嘅亦都係已排骨出名,所以雖然佢有好多款式嘅餸可以做乾蒸,不過第一次幫襯都係試咗排骨,上枱嘅時候隻碟熱到痴咗線,可能係因為呢個乾蒸嘅方式令到啲排骨黐實隻碟,攤一陣等佢凍返少少嘅時候用隻貼筋剷起佢嚟食,排骨都幾新鮮,望落去唔覺得佢落咗好多醬料,不過個味道就好惹味,送飯一流,最正就係呢度竟然係$5就可以白飯任裝,我開頭以為係宣傳口號,點知原來真係$5任食,好得人驚,我覺得佢應該加價囉。
