今天剛好有事要辦,便到了坑口村吃飯,由於我到達的時候是兩點多,大部分食肆餐廳都落更了,有的選擇實在不太多,眼見這家金葉軒很大,吃泰國野的,而且還有開,便坐進去試試。我選擇了店內有冷氣的二人桌,因為大熱天時坐外面實在太熱了,可是店內燈光昏暗,環境麻麻地。我和男友分別點了海南雞飯和豬腳飯,看見先來的雞飯已經心知不妙: 雞肉吃下去有點黴,完全不新鮮,醬汁只有一種,是酸辣汁,一碟汁完全不夠送飯,因為要用來點雞塊,去除雞肉不新鮮的味道,白飯是plain的,沒有加薑,總之這個飯完全不是一個像樣的海南雞飯啦。另外的豬腳飯好一點,味道不過不失,豬肉沒有怪味,醬汁普通。這裡雖然算是大排檔,但價錢都不是特別便宜,剛剛的兩個飯都是差不多50大元,食物卻比茶餐廳難吃。這裡嘛…..吃飽就算。

天氣熱到一個點,到朋友去完清水灣游水,游完水就渣車去附近既將軍澳食野!時間約7點到,已經見到差唔多坐滿人,一睇之下,就係泰菜餐廳,金葉軒!(車可以就咁停出面,十分方便睇車)由於我實在太愛泰菜,每一次我去食泰國野,其實都係叫番差唔多果幾樣菜式,今次都唔例外,叫左以下幾樣野:青木瓜沙津好fresh,口感好爽,味道酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。雜錦拼盤有很多不同選擇,樣樣都好食,係塊蝦片好似林林地。最中意佢個春卷,炸得岩岩好。冬陰功海鮮湯味道會比較辣,入面都有不少海鮮料,建議唔食得辣既,要考慮一下先叫。飛天通菜好食,不算油,有鑊氣!微辣,但完全接受到!青咖哩雞肉市面上好多青咖哩,都會比較甜,而佢就甜得黎,好香椰奶味道而且入面d料都好入味,相信煮左一段時間。炒金邊粉好食,唔叫飯既話,可以考慮叫呢樣。5個人食飯,叫左咁多野最後埋單都係一人$102真係平靚正!

眾所周知,河粉是減肥人士的天敵,約有一湯匙油大卡,實在肥得驚人,幸好它的近親金邊粉,脂肪含量卻非常低,雖然不及河粉「油滑」,但卻多了彈牙口感,絕對可以跟河粉平分秋色,而且是減肥勝手,正在瘦身的我一定會選擇金邊粉。位於將軍澳「金葉軒」正是金邊粉的專家,住在新界的我千里遙遙想一睹它的風采。 泰國金邊粉$58,它有齊頂尖金邊粉最重要的所有元素,就是酸,甜,咸三樣味道,個人意見就是再加上火侯,金葉軒的金邊粉火侯十足,廚子拿攝油溫到位,炒得色澤呈琥珀色,賣相吸引。另外,金邊粉柔軟度十足,應該用冷水浸得合宜。味道吃得出有泰式辣椒醬和魚露,他們互相配合,互補不足,辣椒去除腥味,魚露十分香醇,且帶有鹹味,帶出食物鮮味。配料有炒蛋和芽菜,炒蛋吸收了魚露鮮味,份外鮮甜;蝦仁雖份量不多,但爽口彈牙。主角的金邊粉跟炒蛋和蝦仁的配角整體配合得好完美。店主好細心,碟旁放了花生碎和自家製調味醬,酸酸甜甜的,簡直是神來之筆,帶領味道進入另一層次。

今日有朋友專程由黃竹坑黎坑口探我,所以我特別帶她到坑口村食泰國菜。首先,我地叫左海南雞飯,泰式炒辣蟹,泰式炒蜆,同椰汁冰。最令我驚喜的是這裡的海南雞飯可以同新加坡某出名海南雞店相比,不但雞肉爽口幼嫩,而且雞肉十分有新鮮雞味道,相信師傅一定係出盡心意去製造。之後,個泰式炒辣蟹更加不用多說,除了蟹肉新鮮,而且份量十足,朋友都話係用大肉蟹炒製,相信用了大量薑同酒烹調,才可將蟹的咸水味弄走,加上大量的青紅椒,完全帶出蟹的鮮味。至於那碟炒蜆更加不用多說,聽侍應講係用大蜆炒製,不同出面用細隻蜆炒製,食落不但有蜆的韌度,還有清甜的海水味,一碟有成十隻大蜆,可說份量充足。最後,極力推薦一定要飲椰汁冰,因為真係用新鮮椰子肉打成,滿口椰香。總括來說,係坑口識食泰國菜一定係來到坑口村金葉軒食,不但價錢適中,而且份量十足,三五知己必定滿肚而走。

indonesian fried rice: it's supposed to be spicy, but it's not spicy and it's with currey, shrimp chips and chicken skewers. which is very strange. not good at all. 

thai kale stir fried: the kale is very hard and not cooked completely, the flavor is not good either, it's worse that the malaysian style "ma lai chan", it's a mimic version. 

stir fried clam with spicy sauce:  the cantonese version is better than this. it has no Thai flavor at all.

so the lead us to the upstairs . The environment is a bit strange here , feel like a home 
and no waiter stay in upstair . So when we need something , have to shout from up to down 
can't say the service is bad but just too odd.

一向都特別喜歡食泰國菜 所以都中意周圍去試下新野今次就去左將軍澳既呢間金葉軒呢間金葉軒價錢都ok 又唔算話好多人 但係整體食物質素都幾好最中意既兩個菜就係大蝦柚子沙拉同青咖喱大蝦柚子沙拉個柚子好清甜 仲啖啖肉 個柚子本身都已經好好味加埋炒香左既蝦同配料 成個沙拉既味好夾 至於青咖喱就有好香既椰奶味 好入味 加上唔算好辣 唔食得辣既朋友都可以試下 真係幾正嫁

套餐最後仲有個菜, 又係油膩之作, 我不予置評...

另外, 本人散叫左生蝦刺身, 呢個生蝦反而新鮮, 肉厚且爽, 但個生蝦汁就好一般, 上菜時已把生蝦頭炸了, 但炸功一般, 偏油, , 但可以把蝦頭分開上, 因炸蝦頭較熱, 且不應把生熟食物同放於一碟內...

整體個生蝦就可以一試

這是第一次光顧的店, 主要是不想乘車到九龍城...當天很早開飯, 所以人不多, 選了冷氣開放的室內, 有一邊是沙發, 坐位寬闊, 尚算舒適, 多了個吃泰菜的選擇.
