    大閘蟹季節，見到金都酒家有$38一隻大閘蟹晚飯去試試。大閘蟹：大概有3.5兩一隻，員工介紹全部是公蟹。蟹蓋和蟹鉗都有蟹黃，吃下去有甘苦味，員工說是正常的味道。吃完蟹後記得飲薑茶軀寒。欖豉香酥骨：炸得酥脆可口，香氣四溢，加上有甜甜的醬汁爆炒，每一口都是滿足的享受。一碟的份量也不少。清蒸東星斑：大約一斤，兩個人吃就剛好，蒸煮時間控制得好，魚肉鮮嫩，保留了魚的鮮美，配上簡單的調味，突顯出食材的高質量。蒸魚的魚豉油撈白飯是另一種美味，懂吃得人自然懂😎 continue reading
