To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛食完覺得收銀態度極差，所以上openrice睇睇， 原來哪位收銀員好出名的( 有咁多劣評)， 其實唔鍾意做咪唔做囉為何要對客人發脾氣， 影響曬其他同事嘅形象， 有好多老夥記喺度返工都冇你做收銀咁舒服， 都唔知為乜佢要趕走啲客(不會再幫襯)， 建議想食個開心飯的咪去， 除非你唔使去收銀度埋單

好多人飲茶嘅目的就係想成家人聚下就會忽略左D野好唔好食難得搵到一間坐得舒服野食ok又唔難搵位嘅店飲茶睇價錢好似炒粉麵有D貴過百蚊碟但上到枱又覺得值wo因為大碟一人一碗仔真係可以餵飽4個人雪菜火鴨絲炆米啲鴨肉切得好粗米粉煮得香又入味記得叫個點心拼盤呀$66咁多樣點心真係好抵而且樣樣都好食叉燒包同馬拉糕印象深刻叉燒包個餡好鮮馬拉糕又香又甜唔會死甜唯一唔滿意嘅係個海蜇$48仲要加一真係太細碟似譚仔加配小食份量甘細

在這酒樓飲下午茶有兩次，款式還可以。去年曾來吃晚餐，可能疫情剛恢復很多客，當時人手不足欠招待，食物亦不夠熱，感覺好一般，今次再來竟然有驚喜。其實當晚已經8點後衹有幾張枱，職員態度也熱情; 餐牌價格跟之前降價了較吸引。我們點了簡單的四餸一湯，先來每人一盅雞骨草豬骨湯，不是味精湯好飲。貴妃雞半隻弄熱才送上，肉質不會太老，拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉稍嫌不夠拉絲但肉粒夠味不會太酸，金薯牛柳粒最好味，薯仔爆過脆口牛肉夠腍多汁，梅菜扣肉煲多汁好味，扣肉稍嫌未夠腍但不影響味道，更送上椰汁桂花糕作結尾。今次吃飯的體驗非常好，絕不會因為人少或夜就求其馬虎，服務態度熱情，值得一讚，現時香港的飲食業潛在好大競爭，希望大家繼續保持專業態度，相信香港的食客好快會回來。

唔寫食評睇到其他人留言，都唔知原來係慣犯，樓面啲員工已經同心恊力睇你唔到，（包括啲男女主管）問你點解唔寫枱號？點同你入單？去到比錢都要一肚氣，明明去到收銀面前，個收銀老阿姐當睇我唔到，叫咗後面個阿叔上嚟比錢，問阿叔琴晚個餐好唔好食，啲翅得唔得條魚o唔ok? 足足問咗幾分鐘，原來係熟客😌問到個阿叔都有啲唔好意思，終於到我比錢阿姐即刻變面，黑口黑面叫我check 清楚張單😑😑點叫香港人留港消費？？？

去到嗌3個點心既外賣，個收銀同啲部長黑口黑面，收銀找錢畀我，劈的錢俾我，毫無禮貌可言。原本話要等20分鐘先有點心，之後等咗半個鐘，問佢有未。部長就一臉鄙視話已經嗌咗好多次，但前提係我連一個酒樓姐姐既人影都見唔到😅而且跟本無人攞住袋外賣嗌號碼。服務態度極差，無咩事都唔好嚟呢間酒樓。
