同事推介呢間新開嘅餐廳,所以特登帶埋男朋友一齊嚟食,真係好好食!下晝兩點嚟到,唔需要等位,侍應姨姨好有禮貌咁帶我地去卡位坐!佢12點半到2點半有套餐揀,揀一個主食加一個小菜就送一杯野飲~我哋揀咗厚切上海排骨菜飯、獅子頭菜飯,燻魚同埋同事叫我一定要食嘅生煎包!佢嘅上海排骨同出面有啲唔同,係煎香左嘅厚豬扒咁,食落有啲似豬頸肉咁~燻魚味道剛剛好,又唔會太乾或太硬~雖然話小食,但都有好幾舊!生煎包真係好好味,入面仲有湯汁!一定要試試!美中不足係同獅子頭無緣,等左差不多40分鐘都末黎⋯⋯我趕住回公司食唔到⋯⋯男朋友影左見到賣相幾靚,佢話幾好食~服務員禮貌好好,咁多野食,食到好飽都只係$111!下次會再encore!題外話,仲見到Oscar落鋪!!!

佢嘅上海排骨同出面有啲唔同,係煎香左嘅厚豬扒咁,食落有啲似豬頸肉咁~
燻魚味道剛剛好,又唔會太乾或太硬~雖然話小食,但都有好幾舊!
生煎包真係好好味,入面仲有湯汁!一定要試試!

美中不足係同獅子頭無緣,等左差不多40分鐘都末黎⋯⋯我趕住回公司食唔到⋯⋯男朋友影左見到賣相幾靚,佢話幾好食~
服務員禮貌好好,咁多野食,食到好飽都只係$111!下次會再encore!
題外話,仲見到Oscar落鋪!!!

約了住北角的朋友晚飯,知道是上海生煎王的新店便試一下。8點幾,商場很靜,很多小店已經關門,畢竟是住宅區吧。餐廳在地庫盡頭,客人不多。三個人點了以下食物:總結:北角區內,價錢ok(3人約$250),服務也可以的。不過住在區外的話就不會特地過去食。

先說招牌生煎包,餡有汁,但包底煎得太焦,太硬。小籠包多汁,夠分量,可以一試。其它所謂上海炒菜,用料差,味道不敢恭維。比如排骨菜飯,排骨唔新鮮,一股雪藏味。上海粗炒,太鹹,完全食唔到。另外,菜的分量很少。价錢唔算貴,但食物質素吸引唔到下次的光臨。

假日夜晚接近8點先黎食晚飯,之前無BOOK 枱都唔洗等位,而餐牌上既都幾基本既上海菜,價錢都唔算太貴,只係我地2個人食唔到太多野, 所以只叫左4樣野,而且只係轉頭去個廁所就已經差唔多上晒菜,超快手~~第一樣就係担担麵,麵黎到有少少麻油香,湯底有好輕微既少少辣,其實唔係真係辣但係有個種香味,而且花生同肉碎剛剛好,花生碎唔會太大粒,不過麵底有少少淋身,但唔影響。而個湯底係好食到想飲晒佢。之後第二樣黎既就係排骨菜飯,飯比想像中細碗,剛剛好一人份量,而菜飯入面比出面更多菜蓉同埋無咁油咁重味,排骨好入味,而且好鬆軟無骨,非常好食。呢到聽聞最出名就係小籠包同生煎包,所以一定會叫呢兩樣野試下,我叫既呢款小籠包係最基本既,一籠有4隻,每隻入面都好足肉餡,而且唔肥。包入面好多肉汁,唔似人地個D加高湯啫喱,D肉汁係多到連匙羹都裝唔住~最後就係生煎包,可能即叫即整,食到一半先黎生煎包,不過煎得非常好食,入面既肉餡好似肉餅咁既質地,肉汁多到差唔多有半碗,同小籠包一樣肉汁係鮮味既,而且個包煎到脆卜卜,又夠大個,不過就要小心唔好太心急食,如果唔係就會俾佢多到喊既肉汁燙到嘴~呢到食左4樣野共136蚊,2個人,價錢都

之後第二樣黎既就係排骨菜飯,飯比想像中細碗,剛剛好一人份量,而菜飯入面比出面更多菜蓉同埋無咁油咁重味,排骨好入味,而且好鬆軟無骨,非常好食。

最後就係生煎包,可能即叫即整,食到一半先黎生煎包,不過煎得非常好食,入面既肉餡好似肉餅咁既質地,肉汁多到差唔多有半碗,同小籠包一樣肉汁係鮮味既,而且個包煎到脆卜卜,又夠大個,不過就要小心唔好太心急食,如果唔係就會俾佢多到喊既肉汁燙到嘴~

呢到食左4樣野共136蚊,2個人,價錢都幾平。而且侍應招呼好好,一黎就會俾兩杯水,之後每樣菜黎到都會畫一畫張單做記錄。走既時侯又會叫你拎齊野多謝晒~~ 雖然個商場比較冷清,但係有間咁舒服既中菜真係好舒服。希望可以KEEP 到個水準啦~~~

去襯深水埗,就會去吃上海生煎飽皇,貪佢新鮮生煎飽皮底香脆𥚃面肉湯汁滾熱辣,冬天吃特別滋味,有上海小楊生煎包相近,上海咁遠唔係成日去到,就去深水埗吃。最近知道城市花園商場亦新開了間上海館子,今天復活假期尾,中午就來試下。餐牌是大路上海小館食物,我同相公二人點了籠小籠包、見生煎飽有2只或4只,就點了2只,磯燒鮑魚青瓜寫明2只都是$48,一於試下及加一件厚切上海排骨。生煎送來,生鮮熱辣,一小口咬落去湯汁射出來,爭點射中相公,好似個包留有湯汁,一嚐有濃濃肉汁香味,包底煎得香脆,而包皮不太厚,非常好味道。跟著吃小籠包,亦是皮薄料靚,記得飲哂d湯汁,磯燒鮑魚亦彈牙抵吃。但碟厚切上海排骨就相對不合格,像快餐店煎無豬排,味道普通,同銅鑼灣美味廚的排骨爭幾條街,人家的排骨有用薑汁醃漬過,炸得外脆內軟又 juicy。最後 encore 多2只生煎飽及一碗担担麵,麵汁濃稠適中有花生香味,花椒麻辣慢慢滲出但不致太辣,連不吃辣的相公亦將湯汁差不多飲盡。整體印象不錯,價錢亦抵吃,2人共吃 $180。
