哥哥生日,而一家人中只有我不時要加班,所以家人也遷就我,到近我工作地點的北角用餐。那天我真的要加班,一來到家人已經叫到一桌都是食物。爸爸總是喜歡叫勁多肉,五個人又吃雞又叫鴨。砂窩雲吞雞 $118,好多雲吞,雞湯鮮甜美味。樟茶鴨一隻配鴨仔餅六片,$188。包是軟熟的,但鴨沒有茶煙燻過的香,太乾身,若有醬會更好。灌湯小籠包四只,$35,一貫的多汁而且肉餡鮮美。生煎包四件$35+兩件$18。皮略厚,但勝在煎得外脆內軟。迷你籠仔蒸蟹粉飯,$78。吃下去第一口:「嘩,又腥又臭嘅」我不太懂欣賞這堆飯,哥哥也一面難堪地吃清光。上海排骨菜飯,$48。入味排骨,不過不失。

入左去坐低之後,其實waiter唔係幾夠既,所以好多時佢地都好忙!不過都唔難搵到人既


因為屈小姐其實係一個包包迷,所以我地今次叫左:

1)原味小籠包 (3.5星)

- 一籠有4隻!都偏大隻既

- 皮都好算中等唔太厚!餡好多,湯汁勁多!
- 可惜既係⋯佢個湯汁同肉餡唔夠鮮味,個味唔太出,要靠個醋帶起個小籠包味

2)下海小籠包 (3星)

- 一籠有6隻,6隻唔同顏色嫁!
- 白色:原味,同上
- 黑色:燒汁鰻魚味+墨魚汁皮,其實得好少燒汁既味道,而饅魚係得一粒仔,簡單D講⋯到喉唔到肺
- 紅色:胡椒蟹味+紅菜頭汁皮,屈小姐話食唔出有蟹味
但食到有一兩絲蟹肉質感
- 橙色:冬蔭功蝦+甘筍汁皮,屈小姐既comment係食唔到冬蔭功既味道,但食到蝦肉,都彈牙既
- 黃色:咖哩墨魚味,呢個就好食啦!有咖哩香!連同湯汁一齊滲出,仲有墨魚粒食到,口感幾好!有野咬下

- 綠色:蒜蓉瀨尿蝦味,呢款呢就好重蝦味啦!正!


3)金牌生煎包 (4星)

- 1客4隻,好大隻

- 煎功一流,外脆內軟!好得!不過呢個生煎包個皮就冇《祥x記》咁薄,差少少
- 不過個湯汁都夠多同味道都夠鮮甜!雖然比唔上《祥x記》,但都係佳作!
- 仲有一個可以改善既地方係個醋,得黑醋...


(題外話:賴生仲好記得第一次做外賣仔送《祥x記》生煎包比屈小姐食果陣個開心樣,減多陣肥就再食過


4)擔擔麵 (4.5星)


- 有別於賴生係出面食既擔擔麵,出面淨係重花生味,但呢度係重花生味+辣味!

- 個辣味好搶口,係喉嚨後面攻上個嘴度,辣既,但唔係死辣!可以享受既辣味程度,不過都提提食唔到辣既人士,切勿以食物作賭注!佢仲另外落左花椒嫁,多重味道層次

- 麵質都彈牙,掛汁!正


5)蟹粉窩巴 (3.5星)


- 窩巴炸得好脆口!
- 蟹粉都好好味!夾雜蟹肉!濃郁蟹鮮味

- 唯一缺點係:油得濟,夾起塊窩巴會滴油+見到碟底有油

講咗好耐話想食上海生煎皇,但係唔想出旺角。後尾發現北角城市花園有一間,同一個集團,都有生煎包食,只係改咗個名。星期一下晝一點去到,店舖位置好偏僻,喺商場地庫行到最入。本來以為要等位,但係竟然冇乜人,大把位。坐低左睇吓Menu ,有午市套餐, 兩個人叫咗兩個餐,加多個新推出嘅下海小籠包。最先嚟嘅係兩杯熱豆漿,唔太甜,亦唔會太過熱。叫咗個咕嚕魚塊, 跟菜飯。咕嚕魚塊好鹹,好多汁,好油,但係睇得出佢啲魚唔係交嚟嘅。菜飯好林,唔似其他上海餐廳嗰啲, 不過食落都OK。另一個午餐係上海厚切豬扒麵。以為係炸豬扒,點知黎到原來係好似叉燒咁嘅豬扒,食落又唔錯。個麵好正常,冇咩特別。每一個午餐都要跟一款小食,我哋揀咗生煎包同埋煎餃子兩隻。生煎包好多汁,但係食落去冇旺角嗰間咁好味。煎餃子反而有驚喜,都係好多汁,皮有脆又大隻。最後黎嘅係下海小籠包。我第一隻色黑色個隻,食完都係覺得,下次叫返正常味好啲, 可能因為我本身唔鍾意食海鮮。

午巿套餐, 是在餐單的左面點一種飯/麵, 然後再以特價配上右手面的一款小食。在初度開張時, 餐單選擇較少, 所以最常點的是上海厚切排骨菜飯+ 獅子頭菜飯,  其他的不太有興趣, 所以有一段時間沒過來, 今日適逢心血來潮, 發覺套餐款多了選擇, 就點了外婆紅燒肉麵 $46。肉很淋, 雖然肥膏與瘦肉部份各佔半, 但肥膏部份都覺好食, 可惜:1) 麵的份量和一碗 $2X 的魚旦粉麵差不多,  但這碗收 $46。2) 湯偏咸, 這種咸是因為本身湯底做得咸吧,  因為肉雖是卥過, 但應該是有人客點餐時, 才將肉放入麵中, 這麼短的時間, 肉的咸味, 未至於滲於湯底中如果這麼短的時間, 肉的咸味已滲,  我會覺得廚師的功夫差了點兒。另配的小食, 蒜泥白肉, 好好食,  同樣半肥瘦的薄薄一片內, 入口爽

昨晚中秋佳節同家人去食,估唔到節日都唔貴,套餐抵食($398/4位)有八款小菜,另外有湯及甜品。味道一點也不馬虎,服務員殷勤有禮。有些菜式不在套餐內,可以另加費,例如松子魚。

酸酸甜甜的,開頭我以為烤夫是平時食開的酸齋,其實不然,它比較像實實的蜂巢豆腐,口感挻不錯。汁醬酸甜,菜式在微温時上枱,我們當冷盤來吃。因為此菜令人開胃,食完還有種要再吃點什麼的感覺。

曾經光顧過深水埗店,記憶中生煎包真係無得彈金頣係姊妹店,梗係要試下啦三個字先!小!心!熱!因為真係好多汁湧出黎好燙口多汁呢點就不容置疑啦不過個餡就略嫌唔夠肉味😅肉餡生粉太多啦🙄厚切豬扒菜飯,有啲似叉燒嘅豬扒反而個菜飯唔錯小籠包,不過不失,肉汁豐富,但都係嗰個問題,肉餡唔夠味胡麻醬五彩冷麵凍拉麵,爽口彈牙,如果多花心機放五彩絲及胡麻醬,如用上雲腿,特調胡麻醬等等配料唔好食,浪費左個質地咁好嘅拉麵😳提外話,店員態度親切,人流唔算好多,幾好坐星期六日只有a la cart冇午餐茶餐供應㗎
