坊間好多嘅焗豬都選擇用菠蘿,但金飯館用蜜桃🍑,令到酸甜剛好。

收藏已久,今天放假終於有機會一試!準時開店到,裡面有三四桌客人仲早過我😆沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯 $78沙嗲醬香濃有粒粒花生口感,炒飯做底,飯量不多,大概是一人份量,牛肉質地嫩滑,相當不錯古法鹵扣肉刈包 $58扣肉一大片,質感較厚實,個人喜歡較軟腍口感跟包食,一口咬唔開,少少麻煩但味道搭夠配料還有酸菜、台灣腸片感覺就似食左碗輕盈版滷肉飯😆店舖還有提供豬油、醬油和茅台醬在每枱上供客人自行添加,非常貼心餐牌仲有好多菜式想試,會再來😉

呢間嘢喺旺角軍器廠街附近,喺麥花臣嗰邊行落去轉彎就到。附近都有好多嘢食,今次就試吓呢間聽講豬扒飯同埋肉餅都好出色,有朋友就話呢度啲炒飯都唔錯。不過今次就試咗個焗豬扒飯先,一嚟就見到上面啲菠蘿識落非常之好食。試一試舊豬扒,唔韌之餘口感亦都唔會太過散呢個蕃茄汁嘅底就一定係唔差架喇。講到最出色嘅位應該會係個炒底。焗完之後啲飯都係粒粒分明嘅,份量就一定夠食。 唯一唔好嘅就係呢個70幾蚊嘅豬扒飯竟然唔包嘢飲,加咗一杯$22嘅泰式奶茶。 下次嚟應該會試埋其他肉餅。

👽 每次經過都唔明點解透過玻璃窗望到全場爆滿,今次終於咁啱喺繁忙時間之前經過,決定嚟試吓一探究竟。

🧆 招牌菜係肉餅飯,咁當然要試吓啦!揀咗一個經典中嘅經典味道「蓮藕梅香鹹魚肉餅飯」。店員上菜嘅時候話可以隨意加添枱面上嘅豬油或者調製好嘅豉油,呢一點值得加分。呢個肉餅飯係配上即叫即煎嘅蘭王蛋,蛋汁爆開嘅一刻真係好療癒!蓮藕梅香鹹魚肉餅厚身,煎得外層有少許挺身嘅質感,有明顯嘅鹹魚鮮味!

🐷 另一款就叫左翻兜無限次嘅「蜜桃鮮茄焗豬扒飯」,上枱嗰刻有驚喜,芝士多到滿瀉黐住兜邊。豬扒厚切但冇雪藏臭味,茄醬調味係食開嘅港式味道,裏面係炒飯底,畫龍點睛係配上蜜桃,堅好味。

呢間餐廳係茶餐廳FEEL,好多卡位同埋座位,我地叫左一碗黑松露肉餅飯,呢個肉餅飯仲有好厚既手打肉餅入面啖啖肉好厚既肉糰組成,另外呢個飯既特點係要加入豉油同埋秘制豬油去制成,將豬油豉油加入飯度真係好唔同口感,豬油飯即時變到好香滑,黑松露好多香味濃郁,另外我地叫左個沙嗲牛肉少飯入面既雞蛋係蘭王蛋係日本頂級雞蛋,炒飯加入呢隻雙黃既蘭王蛋蛋味勁濃郁,炒飯粒粒分明,沙嗲牛肉好大塊,食物份量偏大碗,真係好抵食既。
