【九龍城區】【錦成牛什粉麵茶餐廳】幾日冇做,唔代表我忘記咗 1am紅館 系列,之前都同大家解釋過原因呀,原理呀,操作呀等等。不過雖然話係幫緊紅館嘅人,但係其實都可以幫到附近嘅團體,例如香港理工大學,或者紅磡嘅殯儀館群落嘅。咁今日我想講呢間嘢呢,其實就超近嗰堆「大酒店」,因為平日都真係比較少走過嚟呢邊,所以我就連有咩餐廳都唔係太清楚。行到入內街,見到好似有啲車房,又有大量花店,當然都係製作花圈、花牌嗰啲花店,加埋棺材舖,都係蔚為奇觀嘅。咁無辦法之下唯有走返出大路,即係機利士南路,起碼有巴士經過熱鬧啲,似係會有多啲餐廳食肆嘅。不過,我一個人啱食嘅嘢又好似真係唔多,所以最後都係揀返大路嘅第一間,開喺超市隔離,位置都幾便利嘅一間粉麵店,就入去試吓佢。入到去都幾好招呼,侍應都有馬上安排位置,不過由於個餐牌都幾多嘢食,所以我都諗咗一陣。佢有客飯,有湯飯,有蒸飯,好似乜都有咁。又有生滾粥、小菜、蒸魚,都算幾包羅萬有嘅茶餐廳,適合晒唔同需要嘅客人,不過我就選擇困難喇。咁我見佢餐廳名寫自己係牛雜粉麵,就叫個「牛腩牛什撈麵」,本身覺得都 okay,但係食食吓覺得啲嘢都幾鹹,感覺要反個腎出嚟洗。叫杯「凍檸茶」少冰,有返啲甜度中和吓,就好咗啲喇。而我亦都叫多碟「菜心」扮吓健康,咁樣 $60 都合理。撇開個鹹字,其實呢間嘢招呼算周到,冷氣又算幾夠,又有電視睇,都冇咩可以再挑剔。只不過有好多客人都係清一色黑色衫褲,大家明咩事,因此氣氛上可能會有啲奇怪。我算係嗰種百無禁忌嘅人,喺得呢頭食飯都預咗,多啲理解同包容就好。。。(地址:紅磡機利士南路21號地舖) continue reading

依個舖位舊時租俾另一間茶餐廳,晚上一般都有7, 8枱客.自從轉租俾依間茶仔之後,感覺上生意比之前果間仲差左.單睇舖頭名,再加上舖頭外面既座地牌都係推銷粉面餐,會令人以為係淨食牛腩河,水餃面果種舖頭,其實依度一樣有小菜.店內既裝修格局同上一手茶餐廳一樣咁滯,唔夠光猛,真係唔太中意.相信連餐具都繼承咗上一手,睇得出明顯地殘舊.本來叫左香芉炆腩肉,但香芉賣晒,就轉左做春菜炆腩肉,無咁滯都好既.全場得六個客, 大約1/5滿,廚房嘅壓力應該唔大,但都要等15分鐘先至有得食.餐湯先到,係青紅蘿蔔煲粟米.湯都幾甜但依個唔係重點.青紅蘿蔔厲害嘅地方係每一粒都有渣,咁我梗係預計粟米會淡而無味啦,點知係出奇地甜喎.算係食完蘿蔔渣既補償啦.食春菜煲最緊要試下佢嗰啲湯,一口呷落去,太鹹,但係咁樣用嚟撈飯反而啱啱好.春菜煮到淋淋地,非常好嘅質感,雖然湯係鹹咗啲,但係都冇令到春菜過鹹,食落甘甘地,有啲似食芥菜嘅感覺.腩肉就可能分2批唔同時間放落煲度,有幾舊非常鹹,另外幾舊就相當淡.而且腩肉切得太大件,切細一半就差唔多. continue reading
