陳儀興飯店一直都好多人食,每次食都要出面等位,今次都唔例外,去到已經見到出面有唔少人等緊位。呢間餐廳以潮州菜為主打,真係有超多款式選擇,由海鮮到各種肉類都有好多選擇。———————————————🌟椒鹽鱔球 $198呢款椒鹽鱔球真係香脆得黎又入味,外皮炸到金黃香脆,一啲都唔油膩,內裡嘅鱔肉仲保持住嫩滑同鮮味,骨亦都唔多咬落去啖啖肉咁,每一啖都食得出鱔球嘅彈牙口感。配合椒鹽嘅輕微辣味,食落更加惹味。🌟鹵水鵝片 $168呢道鹵水鵝片係陳儀興嘅招牌菜,黎到一定要試。鵝片浸滿咗濃郁嘅鹵水汁,鵝肉嫩滑多汁,皮嘅部分仲帶有少少膠質感,食落口感豐富。每片鵝肉都切得剛剛好,唔會太厚或者太薄,真係一口滿足。🌟潮式金不換魚露蟶子 $78/隻呢道蟶子應該都係可遇不可求唔係日日有,每隻蟶子都係大大隻,真係超肥美又鮮甜。魚露嘅鹹香同金不換嘅獨特香氣完美融合,令到蟶子更加鮮味十足。我見其他食客仲可以用其他煮法,大家都可以先詢問有咩做法再決定,但咁靚嘅蟶子真係點整都咁好味。🌟剁椒蒸家雞 $95剁椒蒸家雞係一道非常有層次嘅菜式,剁椒嘅辣味滲入咗雞肉入面,令到每一口雞肉都又香又辣,而且雞肉嫩滑,完全冇乾柴嘅感覺。呢道菜啱哂鍾意食辣嘅朋友。🌟薑汁炒芥蘭 $78呢道薑汁炒芥蘭真係又簡單又出色,芥蘭炒得非常翠綠,口感爽脆,而且份量足夠,夠晒兩三個人分享。薑汁嘅香味同芥蘭嘅清新味道相得益彰,清淡之餘又唔失味道。🌟脆皮落湯錢 $88最後甜品時間嚟到潮州傳統甜品——脆皮落湯錢。呢款甜品係將糯米糍煎到外脆內軟,然後再沾上花生、椰絲同糖碎,入口香甜又有嚼勁,我最鍾意就係果種有少少似飯焦嘅外皮,成個食真係好有層次感。 continue reading

同事最近搬去將軍澳,參觀完新居後,好應該”分享”下附近有咩好嘢食。之前食過呢間就再次回頭。提供大路潮州菜式,見佢加咗D粵式菜,仲多選擇。食潮州嘢飲湯又唔一定要胡椒豬肚湯,想進一步養生,呢度有燉湯飲。問侍應今晚有咩湯款,就係呢兩款。淮山杞子燉烏鷄 ($68)蟲草花燉瘦肉 ($68)原盎上夠晒熱度,仲有埋湯料,真材實料無花假。湯唔油膩之餘,仲幾清甜,我就連D湯料都食埋。相比起滷水鵝,滷水拼盤嘅吸引力都唔輸蝕架。除咗拼盤咩都有之外,仲可以自選兩拼($108)/三拼 ($128)。今晚就要咗墨魚,生腸及豆腐呢三拼。”刀手”快斬再淋上滷水汁就可上枱,滿滿的三拼啊。墨魚軟身帶有嚼口,生腸就夠爽脆,點埋個潮州辣椒油,正! 個豆腐就點推介點醋蒜汁。 夏天最愛食通菜,無論點炒都鍾意食。叫咗個啫啫通菜煲 ($108),上枱時已然聞到好香,通菜夠多又夠嫩,合時嘅相當好食,加埋肉碎落去炒,好惹味。見佢餐牌上都有好幾款鱔類煮法,想食香口嘅當然要客椒鹽鱔球 ($198)。鱔球量相當好客,入口夠熱度,椒鹽味唔會過重,點上喼汁食。炸漿夠薄,唔會一口粉,鱔肉夠彈牙,用埋送啤酒汽水就絶對岩數。今次要留返D”胃置”去食潮式甜品,侍應推介呢個脆皮落湯錢 ($88),名字相當特別。見到實物就諗起糖不甩,其實都大同小異,分別在於呢客係底面煎脆,糯米團入面都係無餡,甜味要靠花生碎及糖。入口軟糯中帶點脆度,中飽肚量但易食。今餐有湯有菜又有魚,仲有埋甜品,相當飽足,突然變咗”潮人”。哈….哈……. continue reading

如果想坐得舒服啲 但係又想食老字號屋企人都力讚 最基本的滷水鵝 一定好食仲有好多經典菜式-焗魚腸蛋白質豐富嘅菜式 魚腸處理得好好味道出色 有少少胡椒味道點綴就連平時好少食內臟的朋友 都覺得幾好食送飯都唔錯椒鹽白鱔肉質非常好 外層椒鹽又香脆,完全沒有泥腥味真係好鍾意食椒鹽 而且價錢好合理滷水鵝 最正係滷水汁 而且鵝不會太肥 鮮味出份量好足夠 加埋墊底的豆腐 大家都好鍾意食潮州嘢,唔少得蠔仔粥 我哋嗌咗一碗粥有豐富的蠔鮮味 仲有好多芫荽香芹點綴仲有我最愛嘅茄子煲仲加入咗黃鱔 價錢又唔貴,118煲仔上熱辣辣 簡直係米飯殺手不知不覺,大家都食咗成碗飯 continue reading

將軍澳要搵好食嘅中菜真係唔容易, 如果食潮州菜,就會即時諗到陳儀興。 假期真係超爆場, 好在平日夜晚仲可以walk in。 心思思想食潮州鹵水鵝, 放工偷懶唔煮飯, 盡情享受潮州美食, 同埋新鮮海鮮。鹵水鵝片真係好吸引, 厚薄適中的鵝片, 好香鹵水味, 但係又唔會好咸, 質地緊緻嫩滑, 肥瘦均勻。 底層配搭爽脆的大豆芽, 吸收了鵝油鹵水汁精華, 另有一番風味,如果再配埋鹵水豆腐就更加正。海鮮都好新鮮, 大大隻海蝦 、 龍蝦、鮑魚、 同埋游水海魚, 引到我哋想叫多幾款。 椒鹽或者是避風塘風味都係好出名, 師傅處理得好出色。 店面推介咗以下幾款:椒鹽鱔球、避風塘炒蜆、蒜蓉蒸海大蝦🦐重點推薦 椒鹽鱔球, 勁多炸蒜蓉非常之香, 鱔件外層炸到金黃香脆, 肉質緊緻彈牙, 夠鑊氣又夠香脆。 記得真係要趁熱食, 但到最美味嘅效果。避風塘炒蜆, 香香辣辣好惹味, 蜆肉乾淨無沙,勁多辣椒蒜蓉絕不吝嗇, 配支啤酒會更加爽。蒜蓉蒸海大蝦, 新鮮海蝦係特別好食, 蒸熟後橙紅色非常鮮明亮麗, 質地結實緊緻 而且鮮甜美味,配搭蒜蓉、粉絲 、甜豉油、熟油, 味道更加突出, 而且性價比好高,百幾蚊大大碟。到咗甜品時間 , 店員推薦出面比較少見嘅 ,脆皮落湯錢。 香煎糯米團, 質感煙煙韌韌, 加埋花生芝麻蓉, 香甜軟糯好滿足。 continue reading
