佢嘅擺盤非常精緻靚麗,令人賞心悅目。意粉煮到正好,唔會太軟爛也唔會太硬,而且表面有少少油亮,可見手藝了得。佢嘅卡邦尼醬汁就極有特色,不但濃郁豐富,仲帶有一點微酸,令人齒頰留香。醬汁中加入了梳乎厘同芝士粒,令整個口感更加濃郁滑溜,一點都唔會感到乾澀。另一個賣點就係佢煙肉粒,每一粒都經過精心烹飪,香脆可口,加入到醬汁中更顯鮮香。 另外佢亦有加入蒜蓉同意大利香草,令整道菜更加鮮味動人。除咗主菜之外,佢亦有供應一系列嘅小食,例如烤蒜蓉麵包,同樣都非常出眾。烤到恰到好處,酥脆的外皮同滑順嫩滑的麵包內餡,有一啖就令人回味無窮。 continue reading

下午入上水探朋友,夜晚就去一間叫雙魚亭嘅餐廳食晚飯,都有一段時間無黎。餐廳面積唔大,但都有好多選擇,有焗飯、扒餐、各式煮意粉、咖喱等......到今日食物水準還保持番咁上下。晚上可選套餐或單點,套餐有主菜、餐湯(黑松露忌廉湯好好飲)、蒜蓉飽及餐飲,佢係一個比較平民化的西餐廳,都幾抵食👍香草白酒本菇大蜆煮意粉蜆肉都算肥美,意粉軟硬適中,啱曬我口味,加埋日本菇、香草,好好味!紐西蘭西冷扒餐西冷扒都好大件,選咗五成熟,牛扒鮮嫩有肉汁,配薯菜、意粉黑椒汁,餐後一杯咖啡,好滿足! continue reading

平日午飯時間必定要等位,今日5:45pm過來食晚飯,好快已經有坐位。入座問職員現在是下午茶還是晚飯時間, 獲清晰回答「晚飯」,桌面也只見晚餐餐牌,只好點晚餐。來了食物,我多口問另一位職員下午茶截單時間,竟獲告知是6pm,追問多兩句下,這職員才沒好氣地表示幫我再落下午茶單, 見其態度欠佳,多一事不如少一事.點了晚飯套餐香草忌廉汁大蝦焗意粉, 跟紅/白湯,多士及飲品,要讚飲品熱蜜桃紅茶, 少甜,濃濃果味, 飲下喉嚨非常舒服.大蝦意粉的大蝦口感不錯,完全不覺霉, 先煎過再跟意粉芝士入焗爐,好味道! continue reading
