大前日(2-1-2023 Mon)元旦翌日補假,同老公食完晏買餸,由於出門口前知道自己想喺呢喥買上次食過嘅台灣黑糖叉燒(食評係2022年11月25日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%A5%BD%E5%BD%A9%E5%86%87%E9%8C%AF%E9%81%8E%E5%88%B0-e4627745),所以都自備膠盒,我哋嚟到,見到佢嘅台灣黑糖叉燒已經冇做特價,賣$128.00一斤,但見到掛喺度嘅叉燒好靚,於是揀一條叫佢稱,店員見我拎住膠盒,問我喺咪放入去?我答係.佢就拎俾同事裝嚟稱,佢同事都算醒目,識得減返我嘅膠盒嘅重量嚟稱,收$90.00,即係11.25兩,店員都問我要唔要汁同膠袋,我分別要同唔要,佢哋見個蓋好似蓋唔實,都俾條橡筋箍住,醒目.返到屋企打開睇,即刻嗅到香味,偷食一舊先,一食就食到黑糖嘅味道,而比上次更濃,個人覺得減返少少好啲,而肉質一樣係鬆軟.上次食評係2022年12月14日刊登嘅呢篇: https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E4%BB%8A%E6%AC%A1%E8%A9%A6%E9%A0%B9%E9%A3%AF-e4650962抵食都係2.7分 continue reading

估計吾挨得幾耐哩間燒臘鋪開左幾個月,因為系路德圍單邊位,所以好容易睇到。經過好多次通常都無人買緊,唯一吸引到眼球系現在流行的現場有燒烤爐。今次用來比較都系今年系荃灣開的X龍燒豬大王同埋楊屋道街市附近的朗Y。味道(2分)- 叉燒絕對輸比另外兩家,尤其是只賣$16蚊雙拼飯的Y, 佢無香味。- 燒鵝就正正常常。- 燒味份量比較少- 個飯反而系奇怪的差,飯有D 硬同味道,- 鼓油又一次輸比Y.環境(2分)- 燒魂鵝系同頹飯王share一個鋪,無堂食,-同Y一樣只做外賣, 但規模比X同Y都較細,賣燒味數量同種類都比另外兩間少好多。抵食(3分)- 性價比一定輸比Y- 以雙拼燒鵝飯比X 便宜。但燒味份量明顯的少。服務衛生就差不多,但佢個位置下午曬到正,吾知道會吾會影響到食物品質。 continue reading
