    當晚大吃大喝後，步行出西鐵站時看見這家養和堂。連日幾天和朋友聚餐，也需要點涼茶。難道這家小妹喝開的，那就順利成章入了去。外牆比較古舊的感覺，代言人也是很久吧！進內有所大木枱，可容下六七個人。餐牌清晰可見，三大種類的涼茶分類，保健,傳統，正氣。我點了火麻仁，是正氣飲品！潤腸火麻仁(s)$10 火麻仁味道甘甘，性質平和，功效潤腸通便。小妹最愛這火麻仁，因為小妹腸胃有點不好，有時也要靠它幫助。火麻仁是打溶後飲品，不會太甜，自然的甜味。評分：7.5/10 continue reading

      食飽麥當勞，慢慢行返去大圍站，沿路經過呢間涼茶店，我地異口同聲咁叫左出黎：好香茶葉蛋味呀！企高一級探頭一睇，飯煲滾騰住賣剩十幾隻嘅茶葉蛋，傳出濃郁嘅花椒八角味，雖然已經好飽，但都忍唔住買左$10／4隻，返屋企慢慢食。阿姐好好咁揀左幾隻裂得最西利o既比我地 , 果然如我地所願 , 四隻都非常入味 , 而唔係過咸有時裂到甩左殼 , 就會變得黑左 ... 硬左 , 好咸o家呢幾隻都洽到好處 , 蛋白見到淡淡o既啡色 , 正 !!## 明明好飽 , 但一邊睇飛虎一邊食 , 話咁快攪掂 xd continue reading

        天時暑熱, 加上最近吃得太多煎炸的食物, 口腔感到有點熱氣, 進食時無味無道, 今天下班途經大圍時, 特意到養和堂涼茶鋪, 飲一碗五花茶, 清清熱氣。一碗五花茶, 售價七元, 店員很快將涼茶遞上, 呷一口, 暖暖的, 入口清甜, 不消一刻, 已將涼茶全都渴下, 口腔頓時感到十分舒服, 當然, 對有熱氣的人而言, 淨飲一碗涼茶是不足完全清除熱氣的, 但也不能同時多渴。明天下班, 也要來一碗啊!! continue reading
