寒冷天氣警告,仲要落雨嘅夜晚,見到小店記得有好多網紅介紹過佢哋嘅煎蠔餅一定要試,見到價錢都比較貴,不過一次半次OK啦點咗一份細分嘅蠔餅要$70,因為落雨嘅關係其實成條街都冇乜人,不過好多舖頭都有開,可能嗰陣時仲係晏晝六點左右,啲人未放工,我諗等咗唔使10分鐘左右蠔餅就熱辣辣整好咗啦,份量比我想像中多,而且佢亦都放咗好多芫荽,超讚,拎到返屋企蠔餅熱辣辣,蠔仔嘅份量都好足夠,耐唔耐食一次都幾開心😊😊😊

這家小吃店外觀很像普通,但食物質素很高呢。看到有賣蠔餅,以往都是到油麻地廟街吃的,但因為對我說太遠,所以就決定點這家蠔餅試一下。份量有小、中和大的,兩個人點了一份小的($60),怎料份量超多!應該是三至四人吃的🤣剛剛炸起的超香!比廟街的更香呢!炸得很黃金又挺身,即使我外賣拿回家吃,他的酥炸味仍有呢~沒有變軟腍呢~同一電梯的人也說很香🤣炸粉不會太厚太多,酥炸的蠔餅很有口感,因為下的麵粉較少,所以比較香脆,令我吃過不停,蠔仔也是份量算多,也算中等至大隻,味道也比我預期中鮮甜。值得一讚的是,佢有幾層吸油紙,所以我拿回家吃時,蠔餅入口時不會太油膩😋

看到有賣蠔餅,
以往都是到油麻地廟街吃的,
但因為對我說太遠,
所以就決定點這家蠔餅試一下。
份量有小、中和大的,
兩個人點了一份小的($60),
怎料份量超多!應該是三至四人吃的🤣
剛剛炸起的超香!比廟街的更香呢!
炸得很黃金又挺身,
即使我外賣拿回家吃,
他的酥炸味仍有呢~沒有變軟腍呢~
同一電梯的人也說很香🤣
炸粉不會太厚太多,
酥炸的蠔餅很有口感,因為下的麵粉較少,所以比較香脆,令我吃過不停,
蠔仔也是份量算多,也算中等至大隻,味道也比我預期中鮮甜。
值得一讚的是,佢有幾層吸油紙,
所以我拿回家吃時,蠔餅入口時不會太油膩😋

平時燒烤都會自己燒茄子,但通常燒焦外皮,但這間店燒得剛剛好,茄子燒到外脆內軟,韭菜炒到剛剛好,很鮮嫩,再加上這間店特製的醬汁,非常惹味!而且份量頗多,適合開party吃,下次可以試一試這間店的串燒。

由於未食晚飯,今次加左幾串串燒。唔知係咪街頭本身有檔都賣串燒有競爭,感覺上依家好似大串咗,幸好價錢不變。所以話,有競爭,先有進步。當然,最開心嘅梗係消費者啦。除此之外,可以挑剔下嘅就係,好多時佢啲串燒已經係燒好咗放喺度,好處當然係客人可以快啲買到唔駛等咁耐,但唔好嘅係,翻燒的話啲肉質有時會乾身咗少少,比著我就寧願等耐啲嘞。仲有,我個人較喜歡啲肉唔好醃得太重鹽,否則會蓋過咗本身肉味同沙嗲味整體上就會缺少咗份鮮味了。

講番正經,我試過好多潮州打冷、廟街、酒樓既蠔餅,我對蠔餅自問幾有要求。呢檔賣既蠔餅真係幾有水準,好過廟街好多檔同好多打冷檔。要知道人地賣炸蠔餅只係店內其中一樣食物,而佢專心一意賣炸蠔餅,原先只得 80 分,我都會比多 10 分佢。這 10 分,就係畀佢既敬佢既專業,同街坊食肆嗰份人情味。

講到咁好,點解都唔比滿分呢?無他既,o係我心目中最好既始終係細過夜晚老豆加班買番黎屋企o係底蠔餅。另外,好似所有食肆一樣,佢每次整既,水準間唔時都有上落。有時整得餅底鬆軟香脆,蠔仔又夠香又 juicy;而有時食落就一般般。總體上都係值得返轉頭幫襯。

仲有一個貼士,就係我會叫老闆落芫茜去粉漿度一齊炸,芫茜碎炸過之後有清甜味道,好夾蠔仔陣味的。另外老闆問要炸得脆啲定要淋啲既時候,我會選擇淋啲,咁啲蠔會 juicy 啲架!
