住港島嘅我，今日長途跋涉，入屯門探長輩，兩手空空，見佢樓下間麵包舖有唐餅賣，是但買幾個上去。以為普通屋邨舖頭仔，都係啲行貨野。食落不得了，皮薄餡多，鬆軟好食。個蛋黃酥漏晒油，好掂。先前都有食過啲名氣大嘅老派唐餅店，但都無呢間咁好食。見佢size比傳統舊餅店細少少，但估唔到食落咁驚喜，爆餡﹑皮薄，好正！個皮蛋酥入面仲有少少子薑，真係好好食，但掛住食，食到蛋黃酥先記得影相！老婆餅 $6蛋黃酥 $6皮蛋酥 $6荳沙酥 $6仲要買6個送1個！長輩都話呢間啲麵包好食，等我下次試吓先。 continue reading
