To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次係深水埗燒肉乜乜店伏完食唔到好食滷水唔死心,經過果頭又去第2間買黎試下,深水埗都幾多滷水店,可以逐間試,哩間d 色水睇落正常好多,同埋都幾多人買.大鵝翼$35/隻鵝掌2隻起,每隻$20.中鵝翼買3送1,$18/隻,抵食喎.睇落唔錯,應該食得過.價錢都ok.下次要試下鵝片.仲有其他滷水嘢食,豬耳,豬脷,滷水豆腐,紅腸,滷水蛋,牛肚等...當然最吸引係滷水鵝.上次中伏之後,買住少少試左先,買左中翼3送1,2隻鵝掌就算,返到屋企打開,有滷水汁有蒜蓉醋,顏色都靚仔,肉質結實,有滷水應有既味道,冇過鹹,好食,拿拿聲開返罐啤酒嘆下.哩間可以再買

深水埗呢間滷味店係我食多多年，由佢搬地方開始就已跟到佢去到現在的位置我食過很多都發覺佢既滷水汁係最好食，原來師傅切功也很緊要，沒有失望，到今天都仍是呢位師傅，好好味😋我必點是鴨同牛展，其實其他都好食只是我慣了點選此組合😊

麻甩如我嘅女仔間唔時都會一個人嚟深水埗睇玩具同埋行黃金行完黃金諗住買部PS5俾男朋友點知周圍都話要訂好耐，算數鬼叫自己唔想食炒咩有冇玩具睇得啱行到咁上下又肚餓咁啱經過呢間叫做鵝之極品嘅舖頭心諗咁招積嘅個名一於就入去試一試佢啦叫咗個滷水鵝飯$55塊滷水鵝一擺入口嘩！真係不得之了好x好食，佢嘅滷水超入味囉件滷水鵝又唔會太鞋口好耐未食過咁好食嘅滷水鵝啦連件豆腐點埋個滷水汁都即刻昇華咗最正係佢有埋一大碗湯送俾我飲得出係冇味精㗎如果可以送多一碗俾我飲就好啦$55有碗咁大碟嘅滷水鵝飯係邊度搵平時去打冷例牌都要百幾蚊性價比真係超級超級超級之高等我下次帶埋男朋友嚟食先
